I don't feel the Government can or would do that Paul. More so perhaps because this saga has been in the media and therefore the spotlight for a number of years. It would be too obvious that foul play was a reality, and a reality with purpose, not unintentional. Anything so obvious and with purpose could surely then be successfully legally challenged, the culprit(s) held to account.
In this case, the Government is the one with the responsibility of rectifying the wrongdoings suffered by our Company, which are already more than apparent. It's a fine line now, in my opinion, to keep this one out of a legal proceedings situation, and it's up to the Government whether it wants to avoid such an outcome, in the national interest.
Only my thoughts though matey.
