Hi Andy. Clearly, the MI is leaving it for the Government to decide. The MI, however, cannot backtrack on its statement regarding our EIA being in keeping with the Norra ruling.
As Aug points out, there have been no further material happenings since then, no additional rulings made elsewhere, which we'd also have to unfairly ingest, lol, and it has also been established that there are to apparently be no indirect effects on the Kallak area from our proposed "green" mining operation.
The MI then, has no grounds to not support our application, and, moreover, it is merely looking now to the Government for the Government itself to make a decision (perhaps via the MI), because the MI did not deem that it could force an opinion from the CAB.
The recent statement in Swedish, to which you refer, is, in my opinion, procedural jargon. The MI to me is indicating that the onus is on the Government to decide. The MI will probably then be directed as to said decision and channel the decision accordingly. We must remember that the MI is an arm of the Government.
All in my humble.
