It's been a shocker. The only hopefully good thing that has occurred is that the Aktie investors have continued to increase their overall holding. I agree about the sp, because we've had no positive news all year on our flagship project to create any momentum whatsoever. What will be most crucial, I feel, will be the news immediately following the granting of (all being well) the concession licence. That news must be timely and value enhancing as well, or we won't build on the.favourable news of the award and a severe slump would be likely. In my opinion Pocko. We need to know what the future holds and if LKAB will be involved, then that may keep the interest going. I want the Swedes to buy us out really, for a decent price, then I can wash my hands of this. I may not have another decade in me just to wait around and see what happens. Lol.

Meanwhile, we've had possibly the worst year ever in BEM Sooz, in terms of Kallak progress. Since all final comments were in on the application, we've not received anything official all year, or at least that has been relayed by Kurt, from the Government. No plan of action for dealing with our application, no dates, zilch. The election has trumped everything. It's been a disgrace, and I feel we need Kurt to do something about it very early in the New Year. Tally Ho! xx

Good post that. Yes, I wrote this off a long time ago, due to the 51.6p average, but to lose the Kabwe project is inexcusable, and something we no longer have control over. Owning the assets and not the majority of profits is almost like robbery.

Anyway, I'd like to relist, if only to have more protection (in theory) for shareholders. RNS again, rules re shareholder voting etc, but to relist with a weak project or one years away from production, an exploration play for example, would surely mean dilution to possible oblivion, for many existing shareholders. That's why, as you've mentioned, the royalty is so important. Borrelli has to ensure that he doesn't allow JLP to buy the final percentage off us. Nothing to prevent JLP from ditching their BMR shares then either. So it is of paramount importance to keep hold of this future royalty return.

When I think about the damage Boz has incurred already, I do worry about what this new project will be, and actually just how much control we'll have over it. As shareholders. We don't even know which platform, if any, he intends to list BMR on.

Our Kabwe tailings, after all, were proven, part JORCed, potentially lucrative, we owned them and did have all the licences in place, everything for success, on a plate, yet Borrelli let it go for peanuts. So the next venture, how will that be any better than what we had already, that he managed to fook up?

We could do with some profits from JLP rolling in really, early 2019, to raise money for any relisting. Still quite a few unknowns, but I'd rather us not relist too early, if it involves mass dilution, just wait for a bit of JLP profit first. We can do without any further shares in issue.

If we do relist, a vote of no confidence in Bozzer would be appropriate. In my opinion. Special meeting and the best one ever. Lol.

Hi mate. Agreed that JLP don't give a stuff about BMR. Let's face it, with Borrelli's assistance they've already fleeced us. The fleece began not when JLP became "officially" involved though, in my view, but with the total and I feel unusually intentional reliance on ACI, instead of using our assets (some of which are JORCed), to raise funds from a reputable source and in a timely manner. I don't feel shareholders and particularly Alex can hold Jeremy Hawke, a mining technician, responsible for attempting to liaise with ACI and then getting nowhere. The fact remains that our financial situation was allowed to slide further into the doldrums by Borrelli, and I now feel purposefully so, then conveniently handing us on a platter to the wolves. JLP "officially" popping up at that stage, when we were low on funds. It was all too easy for Borrelli to really do nothing and wait for carnage in the form of a bail out, rather than be a responsible leader and bin ACI when the first payment to us failed to materialise. Moreover, we then waited a good year for nothing further to materialise. To everyone, that must surely have seemed pretty bloody fishy.

Of course, Borrelli having too many other appointments has been to our absolute detriment, when he can't even manage one effectively. At least not on behalf of shareholders.

Still, we may be able to nail the little dodger on a technicality. You never know.

After Christmas though, I'm phoning Chuck Norris, just in case the Bozweasel tries to remain covertly unaccountable and able to do as he wishes, continuing to not really keep us informed, while we languish unlisted.

Bring, I'd love to be able to reverse the JLP deal, something which none of us were able to vote on, secure funding based on the assets, recall Jeremy and a Kabwe team of mining experts, fire Borrelli, followed by an investigation into his activities while representing us, then wave goodbye to JLP and the Bird. Finally, I'd find out who the fook Blue Square is, and who it was that personally received payment for helping to reinstate the licence that we should not have lost in the first place. Furthermore, what they actually did, if anything!

Notably, JLP has still done next to nothing at Kabwe, so is the licence now in danger of being withdrawn again?

I doubt it.

Ideally then, everything could and should have still been BMR's. Including all future profits.

Because I am a voter Sooz, not a politician who is responsible for playing their part in forming a coalition. The latter should ideally be fair and inclusive to all parties who represent the voters.

Crikey mate. Those poor people at BZM got nobbled good and proper. I feel for them, but at least it's over and done with. Our situation in BMR is more one of a lingering uncertainty, not quite a final death scene, more a gradual skin peel until we are eventually left with hoping alone, that somehow we can be regenerated before it's too late.

We do have cash, but unfortunately Bring, Bozmeister is the one watching over it. Now that we aren't listed on a stock market, he isn't subject to, for example, those AIM rule triggers for mandatory shareholder voting; so he can chase whichever deals he wishes, without having to include us and gain our approval or otherwise for such actions. As he did, purposefully, in my opinion, with the derisory JLP deal. He just fookin' did it!

I don't feel we can trust him to do anything in our interests. He's a man who apparently takes the easy option, not the best one. As long as he collects his wages and can make deals, it matters not if those deals may potentially ruin lives. Lol.

Not funny really. He won't resign, so we'll have to hope that he upsets the Flying Squad over the Christmas period.

I didn't know Stef was in Brussels today and not in Sweden. So he couldn't face the music of the vote anyway then eh? Lucky him.

Big Stef's inflexibility has rightly been his undoing. To include the Greens, who gained roughly 4% of the vote only and not consider trying to gain some common ground with the Swedish Democrats, considering their much more significant percentage of the vote, is foolhardy. In my view. Although I personally would never vote for something as right wing, the election results are telling, and, in a democratic process, surely all parties should be considered to be included, prior to the formation of any coalition. How a party with almost a fifth of the total vote can be ignored, beggars belief. So Big Stef is definitely not the man. I'd quite like to see flexible Annie elected. She seems a more sensible type, and, as I've mentioned prior, has kind eyes. Lol. But meanwhile, two votes down, two to go. Have to see what occurs, but another three months for perhaps the last two chances to be used up before another election is necessary, that'll take us to near our sixth candle. Amazing!

Botticelli has held more appointments than an Amsterdam hooker. 3card, aye, if he fooks another company up, he'll quit and sniff out another shell where he can get paid for fooking that one up. If it happens not to be a shell, has tangible assets like those of BMR, he'll soon turn it into a nice little shell and give shareholders the shaft.

Alarm bells rung when he was ready to take those shareholders in MTR to the cleaners, with our derisory buyout bid. In terms of purely doing business, the man is a danger to anyone who has the misfortune to come into contact with him. He is inept, cannot be trusted, and I hope he gets nailed by the Sweeney.

Klue, I was over 93% down before we got booted off AIM. If we do ever relist and the curly-topped fooker needs to dilute again, I may as well kiss it all goodbye mate.

He doesn't have the decency to resign, so I'm doing a spot of praying, you know, for his comeuppance.
