Simply put. The concession matter must be decided at law, and I expect strong leadership from Kurt once the new Government is in situ. If the Swedes want to keep this case out of the courts, they will have to comply with upholding their own laws and deal with our application promptly, amidst what is (something I'm pleased about) the building publicity in the media, highlighting the mistreatment of our application.
Politics doing nothing over the last few years but consume every inch of what should have been an easy application process. It consistently having blocked the chance of any real progress on our Kallak operation. We are edging closer towards five years overdue for this concession decision. Ka-Pow!
As we know, over 77 million SEK has been invested into Kal by BEM, but so far, it is proving to be money completely frozen in time, precisely because our progress has been prevented by the authorities. The last two fundraises now also unfortunately on the back of a low share price.
The Swedes must be held to account at law, so really then, we should not be concerned with who makes up the next coalition. It shouldn't make any difference whatsoever. Unusually thiough, it seems we are focusing on that with an acute interest, rather than on our investment.
At law then. It must be noted. That is the important factor. Kurt must turn to it, should the lack of acceptance of its responsibilities within the next administration be as evident as it has been under this Government's tenure.
Only my thoughts on this continuing political cobblers, and how it is detracting from all things BEM.
Best wishes all.
