Bring, so let me get this right. Just supposing Boz ring-fences the royalty, so current shareholders benefit, then, when we come to relist and he perhaps decides to dilute the crap out of our existing holdings in order to raise new funds, say, just as a guide, he goes for another 10:1 dilution ratio. Will that mean the royalty, being all safely fenced off, is to be paid based on our old shareholding amount of shares?

I'm trusting and fookin' hoping that would be the case. Lol.

Klue, I see. I didn't realise that the royalty would be capable of being applied only to us existing shareholders by the ring-fencing of it separately to any new business. Yes, I'd rather not see those spoils diluted any further, so it does seem like a very good idea. On the face of it.

Which then leads to the other questions. Ring-fence the royalty away, for a rainy day, but what of the valuation of the new business and level of dilution required? The thing is, if existing holders are in line for a future royalty payment, then we'll be more inclined to keep hold of our shares for the new venture. So no swift sp drops on the new project.

Unless Bozzer will let us have both a royalty (for previous turmoils) and also sell our shares when we relist. Lol.

I suppose the unfortunate thing is that we don't know, per share, just what the royalty amount is likely to be. It is too difficult to predict at this time. If it's a penny per share though, for example, then it may not be all bad, for each year of production.

If we live long enough, some of us poor sods may just get a chunk of our money back.

New venture though. Immediate alarm bells. Up to Bozzer to prove us wrong with it really.

Hi Klue. I agree completely with your points in that post. I'm not sure whether ring-fencing our (supposed) future royalty payment under a separately registered company name would protect it more than if we were to relist under the BMR name, with the new project prospect and the royalty already bagged. Doing the latter should at least immediately add some base value, one would trust. The point also being that if Bozzer sets aside the royalty for us under a separate entity, what is to then prevent him from disposing of said entity at a future date? He's practically given away nearly everything else of real value.

I feel a relisting with only a new project, having ring-fenced out the royalty, would only be like completely starting from scratch. As you mention, what cost to existing shareholders on the first fundraise to get the new prospect alive, and how can anyone trust Alex's judgement on the chosen prospect, considering the Ester selection previously, which spawned an impressive fook all.

The question also is, how will he manage to raise both our confidence and trust levels again, considering what has already transpired under his tenure?

How much cash will be needed to set the new ball rolling, with or without the added safety net of our future royalty payment?

The new project will have to be potentially sensational. Early production perhaps. Not a rainbow chase or exploration play. I'm not sure that Alex could successfully promote a mere punt. Lol.

And if the new project is to do with ladies' knickers then I'll be off.

Looks like he sold a chunk to Quantock of the Seychelles, and if he's selling a good amount while the JLP sp is pre-production, low, then surely it must be because we need the cash right away. For whatever reason, but one would think it may be for the new asset. Of course, even the tweets today didn't give too many specifics.

Klue, I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps the shares now defaulting to non-ISAable shares, in certificated form, can now be offset against gains elsewhere. If we relist that would help, in a way.

The worry is that we don't know what could happen to the royalty, as in, if we are to receive one if JLP begins to bring in revenue, then will Borrelli somehow manage to fook that up and dilute the payment to shareholders. I would not put anything detrimental to shareholders beyond him. In his own interests.

Anyway, have to see what occurs.

Jesus Vig, please stop barking at other shareholders. I appreciate what you are saying about action, but you don't know whether anyone else has actually taken any. I feel the best way to catch Borrelli out is when he doesn't know about it, when he's least expecting it. We can uncover information without him being involved, before the net gets slung over his noggin. Lol.

If he bothers to read the bb, I don't want him knowing what I'm up to.

We are all busy Mike, you wally, lol. I won't ask how you know about the info you claim to know, but it would not surprise me if Bird directed Borrelli at will. Without any questions from Boz, who knows nothing about the mining business. That said, I have previous with old Birdy. He was drafted into Orogen Gold, paid a large salary, supposedly justified for trying to turn ORE's fortunes around, but instead, the sp only continued to buckle and he eventually resigned, but only after the business took a complete change of direction. He managed to alter its course from being a mining exploration company, to one of selling, amongst other things, ladies knickers. Lol.

The Bird effect. In my opinion, he's a compete turd of the highest order, certainly didn't justify any wage really while at Orogen.

So, he may have a wealth of mining experience, business in this sector, but I would say that's wholly different to having any notable expertise.

In my humble, as a former shareholder of ORE. He was just no good.

Borrelli is even worse, and the BozBird combo is why neither BMR nor JLP are safe.

In my view, as I say, but based only on my experience of the ORE demise.

Funnily enough, the clothing company for ladies, SOS, is doing fairly well, but without Bird of course. I doubt he'd have made a decent model anyway. Lol.

Mike, hi. Well we don't know if it was that guy, but we do know it was a bucket load of money that we didn't have to burn, the Blue Square news completely out of the blue and quite a shock. First news is we were giving BS this loot and it wasn't enough of an explanation as to what was actually done by BS to assist with reinstatement of the licence. It seems that Vig has since found out.

Not Borrelli's cash of course that he handed over, so the little bugger didn't stop to think if it was ok. He's fookin' dangerous. Hopefully his methods of operating will prove his undoing.

Fair comment. We haven't all just sat back and accepted the situation here though. I did actually contact AIM re our delisting, and the circumstances surrounding the eventual demise from that platform, but the AIM Regulation Team was not allowed to discuss the finer details with me, even though I stated to them that I could prove my shareholding in BMR. I then asked in what capacity one would have to act, in order to be given access to more detailed information. Still no joy, but hopefully if you have involved the NCA, then they may be able to gain answers, including from AIM.

Hard to believe we couldn't get a broker sorted in time to avoid the delisting, and then I thought maybe it's even harder to believe that Borrelli actually had one lined up. Lol.

Thank for your kind comment the other day. Just how I see that things have gone and only my opinion. Hope you are doing well matey, BMR aside.

It's a great pity we are having to talk about only the disturbing things surrounding BMR, but it seems to be a case of extremely duff leadership under Borrelli. It's been one bad move after another from him, no timely moves to our benefit. We have to hope that shareholders have a say in him not ditching our royalty payment from JLP, once they hopefully become operational at Kabwe. It is a worry that he'll continue to sell everything off that we either own or are entitled to.

Watch this space. Stop him! Lol.
