Westy, good post. That's what I find most odd. The proprietory process for Kabwe was supposed to be spot on and we could scale it up in stages, once in production and bringing in the revenue. People must have invested and existing holders further invested on the back of this news. Then suddenly Jeremy leaves and JLP deems our process not viable to be used, inefficient.

So we've either been misled in the first place, hence a reason why perhaps we couldn't secure funding against our own process, or, we have purposefully been led to believe that JLP can do things more efficiently, better, in order that said company gains the advantage in its deal with BMR, when in fact JLP itself is still struggling to get the project off the ground.

Can we have the awful deal undone please, because surely JLP will soon be in defaulting territory on the reinstated licence.

Honestly, did Alex perform any due diligence on JLP, or did he override Jeremy's work on the advice of new boy Colin Bird?

Bozzer has always taken the easy option, and look where we are.

With Bozzer, as we know, anything can happen. It's best to wait and see what actually occurs, because nothing has yet happened that should have happened, and what shouldn't have happened has bloody happened. Lol.

I see. Of course he wouldn't want that. But him making good now would only be a token gesture really, considering how things have unfolded, and if he is to be investigated for what occurred last year, then that shouldn't change just because he may hive off a royalty.

For BMR shareholders to be receiving a small percentage of the profits from something we wholly owned and controlled, is some seriously bad outcome. Lol.

All the more reason for Kurt to chase Big Stef and point to the time lapsed on our application submission, focusing on the environmental aspects of our proposed operation. Sustainable, responsible, green. Then there's the criteria for the award, that we appear to have satisfied years ago. Lol. More of the same for us would be wholly unacceptable, so let's see what occurs.

Nor has he apologised to us for losing our AIM status, simply because, in my opinion, it fell perfectly in with his plan. He knows that if we'd have remained listed on there, we would, under AIM rules, have had to have been given the vote on the JLP deal, as it was a fundamental change in our proposed business. Which then would have complicated things for him, should we have voted against. Which surely we would, on those terms of the profit percentages. So, he took the vote away from us by allowing the delisting to occur. He had plenty of time to source a new Nomad.

All in my view. But obviously I doubt he cares overly about shareholders, only about making deals, and, as it turns out to date, such deals in spite of our protestations (shareholders only unfortunately being informed after the event) and not necessarily in our best interests.

But let's see if he can do something right. Hiving off the royalty would be a start, if we can't get the Kabwe project back from JLP and go it alone. Lol.

Bring, the problem is that I don't feel he does care about the wrath of shareholders. He could leave us with nothing and simply move on. I find it hard to believe that he'd lose any sleep over it.

Different story perhaps if this job was his only source of bread and butter.

We need to know THE plan.....

Bring. We can't wait for JLP's business to develop or otherwise, we need to know what is intended for BMR. The circular should be issued immediately, following what has been months of us waiting without official news. Communication from Borrelli to "all" shareholders, not a selected group, has been a disgrace since the delisting from AIM.

As if that event wasn't bad enough.

The bucket and spaders are probably so familiar with the tailings, that they could potentially design and build a significantly better plant than either the BMR or JLP tech teams could ever do. Lol.

We need this circular. It shouldn't be dependent on what JLP is currently doing. We need to know he plan for BMR, then we can see if it's agreeable.

Borrelli is hopefully under close scrutiny and has a shaky pen hand. Lol.

As JLP is currently failing to deliver on Kabwe and not making good use of the reinstated licence, perhaps BMR can be given the whole project back, 100% ownership.

Klue, I can't disagree with that. It is what has occurred to date. Maybe, just maybe though, he has come to realise that he will be chased down now, if shareholders do not get to have a say. I feel he is treading on eggshells, particularly after the pong of the Blue Square agreement, with maybe even the authorities watching, so he'll have to be very careful to ensure shareholders are kept informed prior to events or potential events.

In my opinion, but yes, a tremendous amount of damage has already been inflicted on our investment by the Bozmeister, whether he's done it purposefully or simply as a result of his complete ineptitude as a businessman.

Unless he is actually a mannequin, he must be aware of the BMR demise, lol, yet has not offered up his resignation.

That's unfortunately who we are dealing with.

Anyway, I reckon the circular is vital, because we need to know what he is planning, and if we are happy with it. If not, we can vote against. Unless what Alex has indicated on Twitter is complete cobblers. Then we'll have to deal with whatever the reality is and take it from there, in order to try and protect what is left of our investment.

There'll hopefully be many beady eyes on Borrelli though, when he surfaces with the next news. Lol.

I find it quite terrifying when thinking about Alex going for another licence, after what has happened at Kabwe. As we know, a perfectly good $2 billion potential business, which he somehow has managed to make a mess of. What we don't know is whether the proposed licence is for another mining project. It could be for something else.

All the more reason why receiving this circular is so important. We need to vote on anything new that Boz is planning. Then if it doesn't work out, at least we've had a say in him trying it, albeit a small one.

Let's see what Bozzer actually does now though, not what he says might occur.

Separating the royalty for existing shareholders would be a decent start. But we'll still have to check the small print. Lol.

Can Alex be held to account for that Twitter post though, if we don't receive the circular? Not sure, because Twitter surely cannot be seen as a channel for official company news. Unlike the BMR website (which, after checking today, has no fresh news on it), or news via RNS.

I haven't received the circular yet 3card though, have you? Until we see the details of Bozzer's proposals, then we only have his Twitter post to go off.

At least he's briefly stated what he intends to do. That's a good first step, but we need to see it actually happen.

I'm trusting Alex hasn't just forwarded the circular to those in the BMR Watch group, because the group does not represent all shareholders.

If indeed you aren't making stuff up, can substantiate what you say re Borrelli and Bird, then why not state specifically what has occurred? Moreover, if there is an investigation, please indicate by whom, and where it is up to, as these supposed rumblings could potentially impact on all shareholders.

You appear to be privy to information from SA that we shareholders here are not, but it's important for us to ascertain whether you are simply full of 5.hit.

I trust you will take this in the spirit in which it is meant. Shareholders only want the truth Mikey and if you know what has occurred, can prove it, then, while alarming, it's good that we know about it. Surely Bozzer's lawyers won't have any valid reason to pursue you, if what you divulge is true and can be backed up. If indeed they are doing of course.

Vig, you can't know who has and hasn't commenced their own investigations, so please put a sock in it. How many would alert Borrelli on a public forum as to what they were doing? You should perhaps bear that in mind, when preparing your rants.
