Looking forward to seeing what Borrelli has to say. What the plan is for us. It's been too long without anything of note occurring, other than the selling down of our JLP shares.

Cheers Sidebar and point taken, but this is only a private company presently due to the actions of Borrelli. It wasn't set up as one. He still has a moral obligation to shareholders, in my opinion, and can surely be fired for poor performance? This isn't his own one man band private company and he remains the representative of and accountable to shareholders.

As I say, I do take your point, but we are not in a normal situation. Alex also supposedly plans to relist us on the market, with a new project. Of course, we aren't certain when that will be, or even if, but he will have to inform shareholders of his intentions either way.

So it looks like he will be forced to communicate eventually, lol.

Almost six months now since our demise from AIM. As Borrelli has been selling down our holding in JLP of late, and at bargain basement prices, I feel we need to be updated on where he is intending that money to end up. If it's simply to pay Blue Square, then we should be informed of such. For Alex to sell the JLP shares and then only offer unspecific information about our future, via Twitter, other than him specifically threatening shareholders who may have genuine concerns regarding his alleged activities, about what has occurred under his tenure, including the information void after the AIM delisting, then he should be ashamed of himself. It surely cannot be the case, yet somehow is, that we have to remind him that he is our representative, we pay his wages, and he should therefore behave accordingly. This includes keeping us updated on all business activities, prior to, during and following any dealings that he may undertake on our behalf.

This has not and still is not happening. Hence the mess we are now in. He has also, whether intentionally or not, bypassed our right to vote on the fundamental change in our business at Kabwe, which ultimately saw us give up the vast majority of our profits. Not only that, but the alarming cost of the payment to Blue Square has been shouldered solely by BMR, in spite of this marked reduction in our percentage of any future profits from the Kabwe operation.

In short, what has Borrelli done here, and, more to the point, how can he be permitted to continue in the same fashion, operating with what appears to be a contemptible disregard for shareholders, starving us of highly appropriate and often price sensitive information (until after the event), and consistently deeming unsuccessfully, what is supposedly in our best interests.

Being that Alex is to be held responsible for our slide into the abyss, or otherwise, what can be done to ensure that he is more accountable for his activities, by way of keeping us better informed?

It surely isn't difficult. Unless of course, there is something to hide, lol, though the Twitter posts from Alex would suggest not.

Pocko, yes, but what has occurred is still most relevant and should not be forgotten, in my view. With our case fast approaching six years, this unfortunate fact can and must be used to our advantage now, as Kurt deals with the new Government.

We are not all giving that impression at all.

I must admit Bricktop, I hope Kurt does something now other than wait, because after all, what exactly is there to wait for? Election over, and all final comments on our application were in roughly a year ago. Let's see what occurs, but Kurt really needs to go for it straight away, in my opinion, or this concession decision could still continue to be kicked down the road by the Swedes, and surely BEM has suffered enough damage as a consequence of that particular act, over these last five to six years.
