Hi Bring. 3card's points are completely valid. The Watch does not represent shareholders outside of the group, such as myself, for example, even though many shareholders on the whole may have very similar views, opinions and concerns. The Watch is private, and I for one, have no idea what is or isn't discussed in there. Moreover, the Watch should not be viewing even a draft of the circular, to then have an input into what the final document may contain, unless 'all' shareholders, including those outside of the group, can also view the draft and submit their input. It can otherwise be seen as preferential treatment by Borrelli for those only in the Watch, which, in my view, is wholly unacceptable.
The Watch only represents those shareholders within it, and as it is not transparent to those outside of it, we remainers, lol, can't say whether we agree with what goes on in there or otherwise. The Watch therefore does not represent all shareholders. It simply can't, unless everyone joined, including even JLP!
See?
Time for my anxiety medicine. Lol.
