Sidebar, that means we were officially led down the garden path. There was even talk of patenting the BMR process. Of course we were sceptical then about what you were suggesting.

To be fair, JLP were supposed to have the plant operational by December, so if the licence is lost, naturally everyone holding BMR and/or JLP shares will be furious, but how will JLP, having missed the deadline, be treated by the Mining Minister?

It should be the same rule for JLP as it was for BMR.

Crackin' post Bodg. Agree with that. You've been here and seen it all happen. It doesn't matter now what flowery cobblers Borrelli attempts to come out with in order to try and appease. In terms of BMR and its shareholders, he has already been an abject failure. If he manages to now fook up the royalty element for us, the last hope of any return out of our Company's otherwise acute demise, a demise solely by his hand, then I hope shareholders can vote to fire him from his post.
