Just reading up Sooz. Not too keen on Big Stef, but he's a devil we know. Hopefully his words this time won't be mere bluster, if only because of the pressure from the other parties in this slightly new set-up. Howie, we aren't currently publicly listed on a platform for trading purposes, having lost our listing on the AIM market, so we can't readily buy or sell our shares online. We don't yet know what will happen, and cannot say for certain if we'll re-list, maybe on a different platform, or again on AIM, nor whether we shall even see any of our money back from BMR.

Existing shareholders are supposedly due to receive a future royalty payment once our partner company, JLP, starts to process the tailings at Kabwe and bring in profit. Doing the work BMR should have easily done.

But nothing is yet in motion there. The processing of tailings assets has yet to begin.

So, don't know is the answer to your questions. We can't go anywhere to get our money back right now, or we would, then we could forget this nightmare ever happened.

Aye, the NCA surely wouldn't tell just any old duffer if anything at all had been lodged. Those enquiring would surely need to quote a case number and jump through a series of hoops.

Rosie, if it's the same plant, as in the old Sable plant, that was an option looked at by BMR, then it was decided against.

If it turns out JLP can utilise the plant, following successful negotiations, then great, but another kick in the plums for us BMR holders in terms of what might and perhaps should have been, with competent management.

Considering we did once have 100% of Kabwe profits lined up, most of us I would say are still bloody reeling.

If JLP can get the Sable plant going to a commercially viable capacity, and Bozzer has markedly sold down our JLP holding, I may be, let's say, slightly upset.

Hi Tintin. Won't a minority coalition with the Green Party bring us more of the same nonsense though? Not sure, hope not. The Greens still being in the picture isn't ideal, in my view, albeit both Soc Dems and Greens flanked now by some serious numbers representative of the other parties. Maybe it won't be as easy for them to obstruct business progress, especially the progress of Eco-projects. Perhaps they'll be made to open their eyes and finally twig the link between eco-friendly and green. Lol. Just hoping for a fair system for us, based on our satisfaction of their own rules. To be on the safe side, I still feel Kurt may need to batter the Government door down and remind the Swedes of their responsibility towards the momentum of business, particularly the focus on those business projects that are in the national interest. Bring, yes, so we are still waiting for Alex to do something that he said he'd do. I don't like the sound of us purchasing a licence though. I mean, we had a perfectly fantastic licence (two actually) at Kabwe, and look what happened there. Boz has almost given up the entire project in return for close to bugger all. I can't see why he would keep on top of any new licence situation, but I suppose it depends on whether the licence appertains to a project already in production. If purchasing the licence leads to another royalty, then that would ease some of the immense pain. Lol.

How many people invested in BMR currently trust Bozzer to deliver anything in our favour though?

Serious times. Perhaps he'll let us know shortly just what he intends to do, I'm talking details, not just general fluff. He must be aware that he needs to tell shareholders the score. He can't hide away forever.

3card, aye, no evidence of anything concrete to the good for us yet. No details of any new acquisition have emerged since our delisting from AIM, so is the money from our JLP share sales being used to pay Blue Square? We need Bozzer to issue this circular really, and as our representative, he is duty bound to inform us as to what is actually happening. Hiving off the royalty sounds good to me though, providing also that it can't become endangered in the future.

It's about time something decent happened for us shareholders.

Been a long time off AIM now, so we either need to relist, perhaps on another platform. or be informed why we aren't doing so.

I feel that's only fair. We need something to happen. A year almost without comment from the Government has been unacceptable. We also need good news next, because it seems the Option news hasn't gone down too well with some investors. Kurt has to retain our support, and patience is running thin with a number of us. Waiting without pressing for further information from the Swedes is not something that Kurt should really be doing now, in my view. They got away with murder again last year, because we simply just waited. Fell right into their hands. Cheers Aug.

That's a fair comment. The thing is, they may still have an economic interest in BEM, hoping for low entry points etc. Looking to buy back in perhaps. We need Admin really to define a twat, then take appropriate action should one be spotted. Economic interest or not. Lol.

Too difficult to know who does or doesn't have an economic interest here though Pocko. Admin would have an almost impossible task with that, unless they limit posting on the bb to those invested only, info to be taken from the shares register.
