Sooz, you probably know an awful lot more than you think with the chemistry lark. Looks like we are seeing a good reaction here too at the moment. Seems right to me, insofar as Thor has the opportunity now, no Greens blocking the way, so minimal political opposition to preventing what should have always only have been a legal decision. Thor can make it confidently, we merit the concession and the Government must keep this out of the courts before the next election is due. In my humble.

Thanks Pocko, bit unsettling reading that, but, yet again, no mention of the law and whether BEM has satisfied official criteria to be granted the concession. We have, as we know our application would stand up under a judicial review, passing the test for a concession permit, so it's about time that was the primary topic of conversation. IMO.

Hi Roller. I doubt Kurt will allow things to continue as they did under Baylan. We know Kurt wrote to the new Minister almost as soon as he took up office. Bodes well, the problem not being with Kurt's approach at all, in my opinion. The time has come for any nonsense to stop, and I trust in Kurt to do what is both appropriate and best practice to achieve the most favourable outcome for us.

Sooz, shame about the leak, Kurt being completely disregarded again it seems. This will affect the mood of some investors, but I'll keep you company 'til we find out what the plan is. In the meantime we can hose off our wellies ready for the next wade through Swedish mud. Afty aft. x

Hi Toppy. An RNS isn't appropriate from BEM just because the Swedes failed to have a meeting. Different matter if we were due to attend that meeting as well, or if we cancelled one of our own scheduled events. RNS then would be appropriate, in my opinion, though only if the meeting was concerning something potentially price sensitive. In my opinion. Tops, just supposing Lars slips on the ice again when the rearranged meetingi is due, should Kurt issue an RNS then too? Lol.
