I personally don't feel Kurt is at fault for the year we are having, various factors working against him and out of his control, although he is still accountable. Something which he doesn't shy away from. Hence this next event.

Aye Sooz, the truth of the situation is bad enough, but we may never know the reason(s) behind the lack of a final decision on our application. Can't just be ineptitude or cowardice, in my view. They haven't wanted us to have what we merit, so it seems. Why not?

On the contrary Roller. Kurt has been busy on his travels to try and enhance the business on our behalf. Chard might have to wait. This year anyway.

Aug, I feel you are right. For Bayls to barely communicate with Kurt in spite of delay after delay in doing anything with our application, then the sudden referral to UNESCO after three years of the case just being sat gathering dust, and probably action then only because of the KU report, one must ponder both why such a shambles, but, more importantly, for whose benefit? IMO.

Aug, hi. Ideally Mr B could go out as you suggest, but his track record dictates more of the same, that he can and will continue to dodge making the decision on our application. I hope I`m completely wrong.

Aug, in theory that all sounds about right, but Mr B does not have to make this decision now that his time is short in post, so I believe he will sit on the fence, continue to do nothing and slope off. Depending on who he may be working for next of course. IMO.

Nope SJ. The only info seems to be in the RNS, no link to further details of the findings and I could see nothing on our BEM website.

No reason for Mr B to make the decision at this late stage. He has successfully given us the cold shoulder all along and will find it even easier to do so now that the exit door beckons. In my humble.
