John, sounds promising for us over there. We just need good news to swiftly add to a positive outcome with Kal, keep the momentum going. Seems a number of people may sell on the concession decision, but the immediate news afterwards, if not simultaneously, that should be more telling. We could do with a break for once. Let the news be exceptional please.

I wonder if they did it to make it more difficult for investors to both buy and sell. So that the mms themselves don't need to hold as many. I'm not sure, but it's a big drop from 50k to 20k market size. May have occurred though due to 75% barrier on Spotlight being surpassed. Nothing to do with us expecting the crucial concession decision. It shouldn't be because of that, one would trust.

Of course, in view of our treatment to date by the authorities, we are left wondering what may happen with the decision, even though on merit we know what should really happen. Not good that, but I'm trusting Kurt is poised, whatever the Government announcement. I doubt he'll be able to prevent a leak of the result though, unless he perhaps written assurances from K-P T. Only my thoughts. I must admit that I am very concerned about how BEM finds out about the decision, as it has been seen prior that we've found out later than others, without time then to put out an RNS. Anyway, I trust Kurt will press for fairness from K-P. Easy really if K-P tells nobody at all. Lol.

TFE, you neglected to also mention that Sooz could also be in the market and sitting on a full profit, having retained all of her shares. Even a major profit, having retained the majority of her holding. And why would the concession decision perhaps not be a positive one?

Toppy, do you feel that a decision will come before March then, or are you somehow predicting 50p+ before the decision, based on sentiment only? Barring other news from Kosovo and Finland.

Nick, it isn't greed. It is educated investing coupled with dogged determination to take a firm stand against the mistreatment of our Wulf by the authorities. The reason for investing remains unchanged, and we have overcome every obstacle to date. Long may we hold our nerve.

I guess the answer is not to get out of this quickly then Gambier. We have a world class deposit and our application would stand up in court as legally meriting the concession award. So if there is a short-term problem with the sp, that's all it will be. You are posting like a trader with a sound strategy, not maybe seeing too far beyond potential initial problems that may not even arise. I am trusting that Kurt would take immediate action, should we encounter any further bull.s from the Government, to protect our Company, its interests and its shareholders.

FF23/Onesie, yes, that's why I'm holding. Develop the business, and/or sell all or part of it. The concession gives Kurt many options. We also have the added attraction of the size, potential future size and already proven premium quality of Kal to deal us a very good hand indeed as investors. I should say perhaps, long-term investors. Kurt has had plenty of time to work on getting this just right for us, and I trust his judgement. Got to believe or may as well depart right after the nine year formality of the concession being granted. Why do that unless you really have to? I know Kurt didn't take the job just to get a concession to mine. Lol.
