Andy, thanks for sharing. I agree with what you mentioned earlier about Kurt and Rasmus. Not too chuffed with what we are seeing and without explanation. Director buys would show confidence in the face of what is happening. Cheers Andy.

Bank, perhaps the mms will put any corresponding trades through tomorrow. The share buys could also be going over to Sweden (SDRs?). I don't know, only guessing. The sp is a mess, lots of trading, so the market makers have had less time to log all the trades that we can see. They will be balanced though, all above board. Some larger trades/matches taking longer to show up, sometimes showing to us the day after. Only my thoughts.

Sooz, just saying what I feel. We need a JV and to bring forward the scoping study too if we can. It's almost April only, so no idea why Kurt would mention by the end of the year. I've actually had enough of this today. Sp may bounce up though tomorrow, being optimistic, as it came back from 7.5p before close. All very odd though Sooz, and Kurt made no mention of the sp collapse in the RNS, so I am now more concerned.

No Lb, you are being a c word and rubbing it in. I know your thoughts on this, but no need to make it worse for shareholders. The manner in which you post is what matters. You aren't as pi55ed off as I am about this, because you aren't invested, so if you knew what would happen all those years ago, did you just really hang about so that could laugh at us losing our money?

Aye Granite. Massive fall and the Company should look into it and at least mention something about it, even if the reason is unknown. Otherwise, no mention of such a fall leads you to then ponder if Kurt knows why but isn't divulging, which is worse, considering how long we've shown our support for BEM. To not address our sp woes in today's RNS has only left me wondering further, and I'm obviously more concerned.

I doubt a placing would be at 5p, when the sp has been in double figures for a couple of months. Gaining a concession then raising at super-low prices would be both irresponsible towards existing shareholders and idiotic. I am, however, very disappointed with today's RNS. The fact that the collapse of the sp has not been addressed, or mentioned even, and also that Kurt's wording of him being busy so not having the time really to appreciate the significance of the concession decision. Badly worded, as he should and does already know and surely appreciate how significant it is for us already, before the decision comes. The announcement by K-P was handled badly and it took Kurt by surprise because it came at lunchtime here, with our market open, while Kurt was away in Finland. Kurt having also written to K-P only about a week prior, and he can't have had a reply with a decision date, otherwise Kurt would have been better prepared to have received the decision announcement. The whole thing has been a fiasco, and my feeling is that K-P has been disrespectful, perhaps underhand, Kurt left out in the cold again, and he's now forced to bounce off the ropes and put out news, without having had much time at all to prepare, only because of the way K-P handled this by making an unexpected announcement within trading hours and with Kurt unvailable. Today's RNS was still not ideal, but it's that time element again, because the Swedish Government has not been efficient in liaising with BEM. Now look at the result of how the decision was handled, Kurt trying his best on the fly. Sp carnage. Total bollards. I want a better RNS though next. Something more detailed re the sp drop. Bit of a rant, but I've had enough of seeing the sp plummet without an explanation, even an RNS to say that they know of no reason for the fall. Accumulation? Grrr!

I think it's in their best interests from our viewpoint. They don't want a mine, so having one is not in their top ten of favourite things. I feel they'll be completely p'd off for a very long time. Would you want to play ball with us? Let's get that mediator ready. Lol.

Andy, thanks. I also trust that there will be a Government appointed mediator, to ensure that the conditions are complied with in a manner fair to both BEM and the Sami. In other words, so that the Sami folks do not prevent us from developing this project at every turn by being wholly unreasonable. A concern I have. We need it to be a mutual effort now that we have the concession. No shenanigans, hence why I believe a mediator, unbiased, would be appropriate. Cheers Andy.

Postie, yes, he said the concession conditions are workable and that he wasn't overly concerned about them as there was nothing there that wouldn't have been dealt with at the environmental permitting stage anyway. So to me he isn't seeing this next stage as a significant hurdle because of the work already done, and he is confident. Which is why I questioned the content within the article you posted a link to earlier. Lazy journalism without supporting info to back up what they have written. Only my view though of course matey.

Thanks Postie. Not sure about the comment within that article about it becoming clear that the environmental study will be a significant hurdle. Will it? Do the writers of these articles have a guess? It should have explained why it became clear that it would be a significant hurdle. I don't think it will, because we've done much more groundwork on environmental matters than was required for the concession. Only my opinion.
