Hi Wots. The point I was trying to make was that Sven has been unable to glean from K-P when a decision will be given, and not who it was that has found it necessary to write to K-P. It's the fact we've had to write, so obviously this leads me to ponder how effective Sven is being in helping BEM to bring the decision closer.

Hi John. Not sure that he has been critised, I hope not, as the Ministers don't want to meet Kurt while the decision is being prepared. Baylan refused to meet and Thor has met with Sami and, as far as I know, not with Kurt. This is down to the Ministers and the way in which they have decided to treat BEM, and no criticism should be made of Kurt. Evidenced by how many times he has tried to engage with the Government and our Company's shocking treatment by its Ministers responsible for overseeing our application to date. As for Sven-Otto, he is a link to the Government, but his effectness is unclear, particularly as it is Kurt who has still had to write to K-P T to ask when he will tell us the Kal decision. Only my view John. Sorry for my spelling of "criticism" early in this post, but I'm on a Smart telly and I can't amend a word without first deleting everything that followed it. Crikey.

Sooz has answered the March question. K-P has not promised a decision this month. Had he done so, while we are still in March, Kurt would not have needed to write and ask K-P when.

Wots, at least Kurt has directly asked K-P when he'll give the decision, indicating strongly re no more excuses. We need a clear answer. I would suggest K-P will give one, all things considered. March however, I don't recall that being the promised month. Only an anticipated one. Sadly.
