I'll take a look at the article over the weekend, although an article won't sway how I feel, unless it is perhaps penned by a long-term investor in BEM. Someone who has been battered upside the head having soldiered on through this concession horror show. Anyway, ttfn.

Suzy, you made a good point to lb about being in profit. You did well offloading your Option shares. I will have been here 12 years in August and I've only ever added shares, including the Option shares, to my original holding. Now, for being ultra loyal to BEM I am again back on a 50% paper loss. I feel therefore that it has only been a good investment if you have done as you have, also sold and bought. I can fully appreciate and understand why others, including myself may be more than disgruntled. It's long overdue that our sp kicked on and reached double digit lows, isn't it? But we have no exact idea when value may be realised, only general timescales such as before the end of the year. After what we've been through already with the concession fiasco, we surely now need detailed plans, with dates, for the development of each project. The market needs to see it, if we are to attract new investors. Kurt needs to address what has happened to the sp since we received the concession. He has mentioned previously about the concession receipt potentially being a rerating event, but because he mentioned that, and it hasn't been, the polar opposite occurring in fact, he should not be keeping quiet about it. He is not doing the right thing, as far as I'm concerned. I've given my support to BEM throughout, and feel let down Sooz.

Foul play over almost nine years, then a reluctant decision which lists many more hoops to jump through. If we cannot discuss a way forward with the Sami because they aren't willing to engage with us, or accept this concession decision, what occurs then? I mentioned the need for a mediator a few days ago. I reckon we need a neutral to also ensure that all is fair and the Sami don't now start laying their own law down in their demands from BEM. Or exaggerating situations, perhaps creating a negative scenario where one doesn't exist. A mediator appointed by the Government could ensure that the Sami and BEM are equally following the terms of the concession and respecting the decision. Penalties/official fines perhaps if not. In the name of a fair game, which, of course, BEM has yet to see. All in my opinion, and yes, I am naturally concerned that our 'foreign' company will continue to be treated very poorly by Sami and the Government alike.

Yes Andy, fair to say there still has been an impact, just a wholly negative one. The speed of the sp demise being absolutely staggering, although now it appears to be stable, at a level we saw though when we didn't even have the concession. It's mad what we are seeing.

Roller, hi. No, he knows what he's doing, he only needs to communicate things better, and perhaps more frequently. Finer details, reasons for, more specific timescales. Now that we do have the concession it has to count for something, and, along with our other projects, he has to find a way of mastering the likely market response to how he delivers our news and how timely said news is.

TFE, I apologise to you, as my posts aren't helping anyone either. I'm beyond fed up with what has occurred here and our inability to bounce straight back via news. Best wishes.

Rune, best wishes. I am disappointed with the manner in which such pivotal news was delivered by K-P, giving Kurt little to no time to put out an RNS. That said, I'm almost as disappointed with the news from BEM since. Nothing immediate ready to go on Kal and Kurt not separately addressing the surprising downward spiral of our sp, over 65% lost since that concession news. My thoughts only. I personally would have spent the Vardar money to now prove up more of Kal, a known resource already part proven to be top quality and mineable. Never mind!

TFE, that would have been sensible, and Suzy did sell her Option shares, but, like many of us, she certainly hasn't moved on. I'm not really sure of the point to your post, because it only adds to the misery and burden in some cases of holding and supporting the Company. I don't believe you are rubbing it in, but it isn't particularly helpful is it?

John, hi. Thanks for the kind reply. I agree that a sale would include KS too. I'm just uncertain if we'll do much with it first. If we secure a JV then different thing again. Lol. I would like some headway made at Kal again starting right now. Considering it's been torture waiting for the concession. Don't want any more waiting of our own making. As for Mr Williams, yep, he lost patience, but at least he said as much. He's back in now though I think, so he can build his patience tolerances up properly this time. Lol.

John, we have a defined, mineable resource with a concession at KN. We do know what we could sell, albeit exclusive of a defined KS. That's why I'm struggling with no immediate further activity at Kal, yet putting a huge amount into drilling at Vardar. Why not further work right now at Kal? Is Kurt near to finding a JV partner? That would perhaps explain why no immediate scoping study.

Prof, no, we can hold and not just continally take our slaps and like 'em. We have every right not to grin and bear it.

Andy, hi. No I don't enjoy lb's posts of late, and I asked him to give it a rest the other day. But that's up to him to be more thoughtful, not up to me. We do seem to have an anomaly with this sp reaction to the concession award, and I feel Kurt needs to examine what has gone wrong for us. No point in him shying away from what is over a 65% drop, it needs to be looked into to find the reason for people abandoning their shares after such pivotal news to the good. Then he can at least try and rectify situation, or clarify what he believes may be the reason. Whatever the likely cause, he really should share that with us via RNS, or say there is no apparent reason. At the moment he is being non-committal, so we have more uncertainty. Only my thoughts Andy. I'm disappointed in Kurt's lame reaction so far, to the acute sp decline on what is surely great news.
