Well unless there’s an RNS on the same day, he surely can’t divulge anything radically new, without first telling the shareholders. So I feel we can expect more of the same, but with mention of the concession. Then mingling of course.

The sp almost defies logic, but being timely is everything now that we have some control over timescales, the concession wait over. Kurt can plan more on his terms using the concession as a key bargaining chip. At least I feel that’s how it should be.

Have to see.

Shouldn’t this company be Kendrick Resources and not Kenetics, or has LSE not yet changed the name from the company which last used ticker KEN? The RNS today on here being for Kendrick.

FF, thank you, and that’s a fair comment. I still feel it would have helped during the time of the rapid sp drop though, considering the things mentioned. Especially that Kurt himself stated the possibility of a re-rating from the concession. For him to have given that sort of information out and then not commented on it further when it didn’t occur, also passing the 70% demise off as unexplained, doesn’t sit well with me, but I do see what you are saying. Lol.

The drop was pretty huge and I feel it should definitely be his concern. He was, after all, quick to point out the erroneous journalism that prompted an initial fall in sp, before the concession decision came out. He addressed that, so could have also addressed the drop following the Company-changing news that is the award of the concession.

Thanks for your comments though, food for thought. I must admit, being here for 12 years hasn’t taught me too much. I am still very green in many respects.

And so, we wait again without timescales. By the end of the year for the Scoping Study is all I can see. Unless I’ve missed something. Not sure how long the Kosovo drilling will take.

Good point re Finland John. I'm also pleased Kurt is looking into reducing the 4-5 year timescale for Kal. Very early days though, as he obviously doesn't know by how much the timescale can possibly reduced yet, nor has he indicated what he perhaps is hoping for. Encouraging, but nothing specific, although now we can note it and look out for more on this in future news. I echo what you said about not selling. I guess we aren't totally at fault, considering the opposite occurred to what many of us logically expected, following the concession award. So here we are again John. All I can say is good luck to us all for next time, when or if.

TFE, thanks also for your thoughts on this. I'm not sure what to expect going forward, but do feel that we need to avoid mass dilution. What has been bothering me re the sp, apart from the sp itself, is that Kurt mentioned the concession grant as being potentially a re-rating event for the Company. The complete opposite has happened, which Kurt touched on as being "unexplained share price movements" in the 30 March RNS. Now then, why has he not issued an RNS to state, in view of BEM receiving the concession and the sp mysteriously tanking, that the Company notes the sp movement and knows of no reason for that? Doing so would have surely helped slow the dramatic slide, if not reverse it. Instead, Kurt has done little by way of reassuring shareholders, and I am feeling pretty uncomfortable and concerned with his lack of real reaction to what I see as a very damaging situation for us, especially with the fundraising to come. We need the sp up, and the news post-concession has not been good enough to attract new investors or give renewed confidence to those who sold so they will buy back in. Only as I see it though TFE.

Hi Berton. Good of you to post with your thoughts. Yes, you certainly aren’t the only one currently disappointed with this investment. Those of us who haven’t taken a profit are surely now most unhappy with the rapid sp slide back to these levels and maybe sat wondering just when or possibly even if we’ll see that 18p again. We should do, but it’s been so unpredictable a ride and really a total shambles as a long-term investment only. It’s now a very long-term investment. Open-ended it shouldn’t have been, but the lack of any timescale in the permitting process has been dreadful for any investor who had thoughts of seriously planning anything around this.

I wish you well and I suppose see how you go. I would say that Kurt is more under the spotlight now the concession has finally been awarded, and I feel we must look forward to seeing what he can accomplish for us, if indeed we have decided to stick with it.

Good points FF. Yes, the sp was taken back down again within a month, so that is important. Steady rise, rapid decline. Kurt's responsibility to counter this with more definitive news, bearing in mind that we do have fickle investors, or those who react due to herd mentality. Always slower on the way up the sp, than on the way down. Kurt has to find out how to keep the fickle confident. IMO.

TFE, fair post. I see the true value as being the asset once it is in production and a revenue stream created, with a premium mark-up in our case due to the exceptional quality of the deposit. I don't see true value obviously as an asset that has not yet been exploited, having only just received an exploitation concession. The unknown variables being everything else in between the two stages. Only how I look at this though. Then we have fair value, or the value someone will be willing to negotiate in order to buy the asset off us, prior to production and in its entirety. KS proven further/unproven further. Unfortunately I am nowhere near clever enough to have these answers in figures, but the unknown variables such as metals price fluctuation, permit processing timescales and so on, all make it very difficult to ascertain. For me anyway.

TFE, yes, so I feel we’ve been trying to establish the variables and/or reasons for the sp decline on the back of what is, or should be, outstanding news. Not many shareholders surely could have predicted such a fall from grace. I agree with Rick, the transparency is simply not there, otherwise we’d know why precisely the sp reacts in certain ways and this investing lark would be less stressful. More predictable.

The sp reflects the market value, not the true value, but the variables remain largely uncertain and/or complex. Or simple. Lol. Hence the problem.

And so we wait for the potential re-rating event. Only with improved transparency.

Hope FF is right re funding, especially as Kurt had the chance to raise funds when this was in double digits.

Suzy, cheers. Let's see then eh? Be excited if you want to be. I made a massive mistake by not selling my Option shares, but am taking it on the chin. Not happy that Kurt hasn't delved into a 70% drop in sp after such great news. Would be good if he could have shared his opinion with us as to why he feels the sp has retreated so markedly and rapidly into the doldrums.
