Not happy that Kurt hasn't delved into a 70% drop in sp after such great news. Would be good if he could have shared his opinion with us as to why he feels the sp has retreated so markedly and rapidly into the doldrums.

Tak, yes it's a rocky road still for those of us who remain. Kurt has said he will do better, an admission that I appreciate as a shareholder, so I'll review what he's accomplished since the concession in October. Scoping Study at Kal may come before December, as he just mentioned by the end of the year, not at the end of the year. Have to see.

Alan, no point in you holding any shares here now at all then, you know, if that's what you are thinking.

Gambier, yes, on the face of it that is correct. It’s what we don’t know that also creates more of a concern and obviously some shareholders can’t afford to risk holding, or have decided not to.

FF, we hope it’s the latter and most of us long-term supporters are probably still holding on, but why isn't everyone thinking along those lines? We have the concession now and yet people just continue to sell. Amazing really, and the sp is tragic because of it. Something afoot, in my opinion. The drop being far too acute.

Suzy, a plan should have been in place based on us receiving the concession, and ready to go. Also a plan should have been in place for if the concession had been denied. Agree re the current war going on, but that should only work in our favour here, local ore. The sp is shocking partly due to the lack of a detailed and robust response to K-P's awful handling and questionable verbal delivery of his decision. And so I wait for counterpunch news from us. We badly need it, detailed, including more precise timescales, albeit flexible. In my view.

Good, but the problem is we are often guessing and hoping about what Kurt is doing. What we do know is at least we are drilling again, albeit not in Sweden.

Thanks Tim, worth seeing again, while we wait for more news. Kurt just needs to find a way to convince the market how good this all is. It seems. We aren't privy to much, so maybe the silence from him post-concession is telling, but positively so. Or maybe it's wishful thinking on my part.

The silence since the concession award is odd, but Kurt has informed us in general what he's doing with Kal. Bare bones, but perhaps he is negotiating now so isn't able to currently tell us anything more. Only a thought.

The RNS was alright, he didn't ditch his shares, nothing wrong with doing a Bed & ISA.

Aug, I agree with most of what you've said. Our legal team appears not to have kicked up a fuss regarding the conditions of the concession, which should surely also mean K-P's phrases used when the award was given, unless there is more to this than we are being told. The point being, Kurt has not thrown anything back in K-P's direction that BEM finds to be wholly unacceptable, as far as we know, so perhaps we should not worry ourselves at this point and look instead to the next few RNS releases. They will hopefully shape things better for us. Aug, neither you nor I are happy with this concession debacle and the sp aftermath, but really, what can we do about it? Atb.
