can legally delay the IPPC permit any longer. Clearly there are dark forces at work here but they have run out of excuses for the |IPPC permit. Any more excuses and they will be wide open to being taken to the EU court. Mr Leben must see this and if he does not care about this maybe the Prime Minister does as he advocates how wonderful it is to invest in Slovenia. No wonder he was a comedian.

internal review of the IPPC procedure were communicated to Ascent before or on 6th December as mentioned in the RNS of that day. So last Thursday. I understand the documentation was then given back to ARSO. Unless some amazing really plausible reason comes to light (which is highly unlikley) the permit should be issued I would say this week or next. Of course we might get another sort of reason that is simply daft making this a proper SCANDAL. Odds on proper scandal quite high I'm afraid.

Any sniff of a permit and that would double. Not long now until we find out of the Minister and ARSO are following the law of Slovenia and the EU. It's amazing how much damage the one NGO has done. Anyone now his name? He's probably cost Ascent, Geoenergo and Petrol millions!

on FOUR AND A HALF YEARS AND COUNTING (you gotta laugh or you would cry) the worse and worse the Slovenian authorities look. Plus continuing bad publicity for anyone thinking about investing there. The amount of coverage about this and the Le Farge factory forced close down adds up to a bleak future for Slovenians. With just 2m people surely they need the likes of Ascent and its SLOVENIAN partners investment.
No a very good way to carry on if you ask me.

The longer this goes on the more suspicious dark forces are at work either at ARSO, in the Slovenian Governmenbt, or both. I do not beleve there is any legal reason why the IPPC permit has not been issued. Also the longer it goes on the stronger a legal case against the Slovenian Government becomes. It's a permit to build a gas processing plant at a gas field for heavens sake!!

No-one will listen if you carry on like that. Ascent and it's partners are in the rught as far as I am aware regarding the IPPC permit. No rants needed, just the real, honest facts.

Hello. It's in the system I hear.
However the IPPC permit is for building the gas processing plant so Ascent and it's Slovenian partners don't have to pipe it all the way to Croatia so they can put it into their gas grid. It would mean the Slovenian gas would be sold into the Slovenian grid, not the Croatian one.

ARSO. The internal review ended early last week. The permit is back with ARSO we understand. This is the permit for building the gas plant and so nothing to do with anything else. If ARSO and Mr Leben follow EU rules as I understand it the permit should be isssued. If not there will be a huge question mark over their honesty in this matter. Obviously to date is has been highly suspicious.

Mr Leben confirming the IPPC permit issue is again back with ARSO if it's not issued soon how on Earth can ARSO or Mr Leben justify why it's not been issued? We have I think a week or so before we can call this a TOTAL SCANDAL.
What can he say in say 2 weeks time if the permit has not been issued when asked on TV? The dog ate it?

LOL!. The thought occurs to me (call me insane) that the permits have not been issued because the NGO that lost all the court cases knows influential people, including Jure leben?? Just a theory of course.

made it look as if he is doing his best to prevent the IPPV license being issued by announcing the "internal review" on social media about 6 weeks ago. Now that is officially over and some procedural recommendations were made we are told it is back with ARSO. Any more excuses and this is a ful blown scandal in my opinion. A lot of the facts and dates have been in the papers and tv over there so the Slovenian people can see what has gone on. I think Mr Leben will struggle to prevent the permit and still come accross as an honest Minister simply doing his job.

I think if the permit does not arrive from ARSO in the next week or so something smelly is going to hit the fan.
It's like certain Countries that use plausible explanations then simply cannot find any more.
They go from plausible to completely ridiculous.
Maybe that will be the next excuse? One that is simply stupid?
Then it will be time to email all the papers/tv stations over there with the details of the, what will then be, total scandal.

Launching legal action should always be a last resort.
Back then the IPPC license was not needed for a year or more so I presume it seemed better to just follow the new procedure. Easy in retrospect.
In fact, even now we actually don't need the licence for at least a year. Getting the license at the moment was to demonstrate to the interested parties that Slovenia will process permits for developng the gas field. Of course ARSO and Mr Lebens actions have torpedoed that completely. Their PM says he wants foreigh investors. Is he NUTS?
