week. I hope the Omicron variant proves to be so mild even with massively larger numbers getting infected things don't get worse for the uk's NHS. However I fear with many more people getting infected, even if generally it is a less severe illness it will still bring the UK's NHS to it's knees meaning another lockdown. Also, just as, if not more important is the UK has comparatively good vaccine cover for it's population. BUT what about Europe, USA, Japan, China, Russia etc..????????? If the UK is looking at big problems they are going to have proper nighmares.
I fear we are days if not a few weeks away from another stock market crash.

last week but have kept hold of one tranche here. I count my self extremely lucky that I managed to sell at reasonable levels; I am amazed the market has not dropped several percent considering the massive risk Omicron poses. In the UK yesterday the cases number hit 58,194, the previous day it was 50,867. Bottom line is even if Omicron gives less severe illness the sheer number of people who may get it will mean the UK's NHS overwhelmed, IMHO. Hoping it is a very mild illness in which case maybe it will be ok..........

situation. Sea Lion is a confirmed oil field off the coast of the Falklands. At the end of the day Rockhopper need a partner with the balls to develop the field and sell the oil. I believe it will hapen sooner or later. So much is made out of oil it will be decades before demand goes down by any significant amout. In the mean time the lack investment of looking for it will push the price through the roof IMHO.

20% up now. One wonders if another oil Co. would be tempted to take a stake now navitas look serious about developing sea Lion with Rockhopper. For, what to them woud be less than loose change they could buy a stake that in future could be extremely useful. Punt here high risk of course for individual investors like me.

Ticked up. Now up 15.5%. Massively undervalued IF Navitas commit to develop Sea Lion. Bid could rocket to 5p plus if they do....... even 11p in fact as has done previously, a long time ago!!! High risk.

less than £5m and I don't think you can even drill an oil well on land for a price as low as that. Current market cap is just 2.47m! If Navitas go for it with Sea Lion then the sp here IMHO wil be more like 6p. High risk, possible huge return gamble here. Might be worth a small punt.
