If you next sell level is 1631 I wonder why you still have them as todays high was 1637! Clearly interest resumed in CCL if yiou ask me. I'm expecting back to 1750 ish in next few weeks.

sign indeed. We all should expect a slight fall in the sp after an 8% rise yesterday due to profit taking, however the sp is up slightly.............. EXTREMELY GOOD SIGN.

which no doubt was great for them. Just one thing. You can't sell them again at £2.50 or whatever we end up at........... I think selling at £2.00 is too cheap looking at where CNE are. Sp is still up again, today up 3.1%, £1.95. I might be tempted to sell some at say £2.40.

I was thinking the sp should be minimum £2.20 considering yesterdays RNS giving more confidence to the Indian Governemnt paying the $1 billion compensation.

the Indian Governments $1 billion compensation payment to Cairn has re-assured the market that the money should actually get paid. Clearly the wait for the money which looks like I guess a month or so is less important to the market than the re-assurance that Cairn and the Indian Government are doing the paper work to make it happen.

the current price reflects (down 0.9%). No way I'm selling at this level. One wonders what risks some people take if they can't aford to wait. I may buy more in fact (with real, not borrowed money!!).

I suspect dealing at speed with any Government, let alone the Indian one is extremely slow and frustrating! The market has on the one hand good news in that things are progressing and there are no obvious problems in the conditions India has set. On the other hand it will take by the looks several more weeks and so confirming that is bad for the sp. Shorters sometimes try to get boards to confirm this sort of thing in my experience. Anyone long here who emailed the board IMHO should not have.
