It's a multibagger if you are buying at 110-120p today! I'm like you though, a tad underwater (c.195p average) with a good holding but 2026 appears to be the inflexion profit breakeven year acting on SP if this continues as per business plan.

LOL you guys what planet are you on?...... Re: $4.7m Admin costs - that is ALL of S,G&A not just Admin cost!!! (e.g. selling, marketing, staff, R&D, plant development, chemistry methods enhancement, ops, legal/patent protection, finance, office costs and some rent / electric etc). Seems pretty cost effective and prudent to me (about GBP3.5m). No surplus yacht maintenance charges, caribbean islands, Aspen ski lodges or weekend Texas ranch retreat costs or high cost 'personal massage servants' in here guys! PLEASE REMEMBER ITX is a GROWTH company not a mature or declining business - it needs investment to supercharge its business. Profits will flow soon as it grows. You don't need to be EBIT positive to command a good share price - future cashflows are king not PE multiples which are irrelevant at this moment in time.

Just catching up on RNS detail as v. busy today. We all now know we have delivered strong take-off and market adoption after that past key strategic pivot in 2024 - this is what ALL investors have waited many years to see. Good to confirm the cashflow breakeven for this year with a 'very prudent $13.3m revenue forecast' (normal ITX mgt. caution stance). The breakeven event for me is the biggest inflexion point for strong ITX share price growth / new investors coming in with this low (oversold) mkt cap position. I think we now know why the Analyst and the Shareholder events are spread over two days - its due to the interesting commercial growth curve, in diversified channels / market verticals that takes more time to explain and digest and the future upside. Surprising the EU is now a very large chunk of ITX business from a low start a few years back. Very exciting from here as the next few months / quarters pass in 2026 (+upside SP catalysts).

Main 10 questions:

1. We have seen five shipments of circa 20 Mertic tonnes (100 Metric Tonnes in total) of finished ingredients being exported to Antwerp Belgium in the second half of this year, can you advise what this is for please?

2. Sparx collaboration with Bonals (where are we with this?) - ITX did state at the time of the SPARX launch that we would be kept informed, regular updates as to progress, but the updates have been minimal?

3. New ingredient progress/launch re: development of an 8 gram dishwasher tablet, and a new ingredient (Itaconix® CTX™ 205) - is there a reason why ITX are not advising on this as regards an RNS or Reach release to keep shareholders informed - What was the feedback/interest generated form the ACI Innovation Showcase? The new 8g formula appears significant for ITX.

4. Bio-Asterix: (a) progress on new (additional) ingredients to the portfolio? (b) launch of European sales on website (e-commerce site) and (c) progress in seeking a large scale-up partner to bring a product to market?

5. What is the growth from 2025 to 2026 of ITX probability adjusted client sales $ revenue pipeline and are larger market brands switching to ITX ingredients?

6. Currently there is a very dangerous situation in the Middle East and there is much uncertainty surrounding the impact that this will have on the world economy, supply chains - can you give some sort of indication how ITX is dealing with this in the short/medium term?

7. What is the current situation with regards to production capacity in Stratham and the need for a European production facility?

8. Feedstock supply chain - have we secondary supplier agreements in place in alternative global geographies (like India and South America, other than China) for our mainstream input chemicals?

9. Given current factory output, sales pipeline and anticipated 2026 cost structure – when can we expect either cash flow and/or EBIT profit breakeven?

10. TR1 Octopus Investment reductions - do you have any insight as to what their future plans are as regards ITX holdings? The continued share sales by Octopus Investments are a main factor preventing share price growth, despite all the good progress being made by Itaconix.

Thanks AJP for tracking this bulk European volume. I think that this client contract (or contracts) from 2025+ onwards are one of the reasons why John was so bullish recently in his verbal statement about 2026 becoming another record performance year following 2025's outstanding $10+ revenue.

@ AJP / Smart - We need a tight and focused set of questions again this year on the key points, to major around those and not the secondary points. I will try to share more Qs onto good preliminary list to advance email to the company. Definitely need to include Octopus, but think John may not be able to comment much on a third party. I'm hoping the growth and breakeven story is soon so strong that we see the SP correct and new investors onboarding to replace Octopus flows since its not that much investment cash in the big picture of UK stock market and other possible investors.

DB , Of course I'm massively disappointed with the SP and delayed profit growth but since the SP is so low and oversold, there is potentially large upside in 26/27. In two weeks time we get more growth data points and indicative forecasts. BTW Are you saying that ITX is overvalued at the present time - I find that hard to believe given where we are performance wise?

With the massive air superiority of US and Israel forces to obliterate all missile and drone manufacturing, launchers and supply chains within Iran, soonish rather than later, their regime capacity to wage war and impact ex-Iran territories (UAE/Oman/Turkey etc) with said bombs is limited. Hence within a month its game over for Iran and steep oil prices and export issues will reduce. That's my take.
