StephenX - I find it useful to check out a poster's history. In Hubstar's case, first post on KEFI seems to have been 18th Feb. Nothing on any other stock since then. Prior to that, a period of virtually identical posts on FUM (and only FUM). Prior to that, virtually identical posts on QHE (and only QHE). You get the idea. Looks like a serial pump and dumper to me.

No-ones knows. That's why it's generally best for position yourself for the long-term, and then sit on your hands! Some can trade successfully, but statistically most lose money. PIs often pay a high price for a lack of patience! There's a value gap to be closed between now and production, and no-one knows when it'll close. Volatility is practically guaranteed in the meantime! So "be right, and sit tight" is a safer strategy, if you have the patience for it. Otherwise, by all means, try to time the market and trade accordingly, but it's harder to do successfully, consistently.

My 2p - never underestimate the ability of those in charge to simply kick the can down the road for a few more decades. There's no real hard-stop, or point of no return, that can't be delayed a little longer if those in charge wish it to be. So maybe the US dollar will die one day, but we may not be alive to see it. The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent, and in the long-run, we're all dead anyway!

Cut him some slack in my view. A touch out of character perhaps, but he's earned the benefit of the doubt in my eyes.

Signing ceremony and breaking ground photos should enable a good attack on 2p I would have thought. Beyond that, while there's still some time to go to first gold at TK, I think the KEFI story is just beginning to get out, and I expect further gains in relatively short order, 3-6 months, maybe. As HAA says, the market is the market, and none of us can control it, but there's clear value here, so I don't think the huge value gap will persist for the long-term. For me, it's less about individual catalysts and more about a dawning realisation that KEFI is going places, and so it's worth buying a ticket for the ride.

Grateful, lol, the mask slips already. You've already made up your mind on the stock haven't you? Already balls deep? So this charade is a flimsy excuse to cross-ramp, rather than a genuine invitation for feedback? Thought so. Jog on.

This is why I asked, respectfully, to avoid the subject. It just descends into playground-level insults which achieve nothing except to wreck the board. I ask again, please stop.

Nice find SGD27. Aligns with previous interviews and the latest RNS regarding additional prospects for development. Hard not to get excited. If all goes well, KEFI's gonna be a monster! It all takes time of course, maybe even some more dilution, but we're on our way now and the profits for those who stay the course should be considerable, even life-changing in many cases. GLA.

Without wanting to get overtly political, it seems clear that there is a small group of quite closely connected, and very well-financed, people with very similar political views and aims. I suppose that is probably true of many such groupings of people with similar aims, but it is particularly striking how many of those at the thursting edge of the right-wing in this country have in common in other matters as well. Food for thought perhaps.

The "disciples" as you put it (how to make enemies and alienate people 101), have made 244% in 12 months. So whatever.

To all - watch the interview yourselves and make up your own mind. Get your info from the horses mouth, not filtered/interpreted by posters on here.

A small technicality, but that's not quite what he said, or what his point was. The royalty gets paid out of the funds *available* for a dividend, ie. actual profit, after everything else is paid for. His point is that the royalty can't make us go bust, or fail to fulfill any of our other obligations.

However, the funds *available* for a dividend may not actually get *paid out* as a dividend. The company will choose what to do with those funds at the time. (Personally, I usually prefer profits to be invested back into the business, to leverage future growth, rather than just given away to shareholders, but that's just a personal preference. If I want income, there are other better options for that strategy IMHO.)

It has been apparent that the Philippines is not the best jurisdiction for mining for some time. A while back, DB did an entire presentation on the reforms he thought were needed. At best, it just takes a long time to get anything done. Nic has it's own issues, but they are far more open to mining investment.

Acquiring another project in another jurisdiction would be very useful to manage the risk of having all our eggs in one basket, no matter how good that basket may appear to be. But there are only so many projects like La India globally, and they will all be substantially more expensive than CNR was, now that the gold price has taken off, and pulled the whole sector along with it.

Interesting times. I'm holding, but with a little less conviction than before. La India is the golden goose for sure and sentimentally, I've gotta see production happening there, having waited all this time! But I would really like to see some good news elsewhere for a change as well.

Agreed Mike, and with Caterham7 too. Too many gamblers on AIM. But investing the slow and steady way has taken me from 0.6p to 1.6p, with a paper profit in 6 figures already. Plenty more in the tank, for those with a little patience.
