I mentioned that possibly the legal agreement in place for the Artic assets maybe outside both Russian sale tax and nationalisation. Something CS can cover on the webinar.

I appreciate WK is producing and there is a premium, but the calc is a rough calculation. We don’t know the specific reserves at WK also Artic assets have tax benefits, so it would never be a clear read through to calculate potential asset value.

As regards value Artic assets it is straightforward, use the reserves per the RNS dated 8 Feb 22 and multiply those reserves by the cost of the relevant metals.

There has never been a RNS published confirming reserves at West Kytlim, so is impossible to value.

The published reserves are all the n respect of Artic assets, see RNS dated 8 Feb 22.

It’s a simple calculation to value the reserves based on the RNS dated 8 Feb 22.

The in ground reserves equate to £18.5B for Artic assets.

No I am not forgetting the tax.

$12.5m received for West Kytlim after tax.

Artic assets reserves 300 times larger, so 300 x 12.5m equals $3.7B

$3.7B divided by 3B shares in issue equals $1.25 per share equals £0.93

Correction to the exchange rate I used in potential value of Article assets.

300 x $12.5 (West Kytlim proceeds) equals $3.7B

Equates to share price of 93p

I don’t expect 93p but do expect a significant increase from the current share price.

West Kytlim has only 0.3% of Eurasia's reserves and resources. The size of Eurasia's reserves and resources is over 300 times larger in the Arctic relative to West Kytlim.

So after Russian tax (95% !!!!) West Kytlim proceeds is $12.5m

The other assets are 300 times larger with added benefits such as tax. To pro-rata the $12.5m x 300 equals $3.7B which is a share price of £1.08p

Do I think £1.00 will be obtained on disposal, no I don’t, but I do expect a significant increase from the current share price.

It should be noted that £1.08 share price is AFTER Russian disposal tax.
