I love this narrative bowing being spoken that if Russia aren’t stopped Europe is under threat.
Really, people seriously believe the lies our politicians state.
Remember weapons of mass distruction, how did that turn out?
One thing this war has taught us, is that the Russian military isn’t the force many had thought.
Just send Toffers over there, she can bore them to death with her endless nonsense
KOC - “Exorbitant salaries” really?
CS salary, bonus etc for year end Dec 22 totalled £120k…….yes £120k
By no stretch of the imagination is that package exorbitant.
He will only make real money by selling assets, salary is peanuts in comparison.
What reason or reasons could explain why a sale has yet to be agreed:
1. No offers received
2. Offers received but BOD attempting to negotiate higher price
3. BOD awaiting further value enhancing developments
4. Legal issue (not court case) need to be finalised in regards licence transfer
Im sure there are other reasons, but I’m inclined to believe that offers have been received, but BOD are negotiating higher and there is the possibility of value enhancing developments.
As much as I find the length of time taken extremely frustrating, the BOD still have approximately 4 months, excluding sale of concentrate.
The sale of concentrate will add another 12/18 cash flow.
I’m not sure there is much in the RNS that wasn’t known already.
We do now know that counterparties are Russian and Chinese (Honk Kong).
Cash position confirmed and sufficient to 31 Mar 24 but this EXCLUDES sale of concentrate with a carrying value of £3.5m
What is EXTREMELY frustrating is the fact the company is still in active discussions to sell the concentrate, why is it taking so long.
In regards the sale of the assets I believe that possibly there is an offer on the table from a buyer and that offer has been there for a period of time.
The BOD feel the offer isn’t sufficient and as such continue negotiations with other parties in order to achieve a better price.
I believe that offer price submitted is in place until a specified time at which point unless accepted becomes void.
I have no idea as to the value of the offer price, but this is the BODs fullback to option, unless a more attractive offer is obtained from another party.
Wolfe - Your comment about posters having kids.
Really?
You are up there with the best that continually writes constant nonsense and act like a school kid.
Seriously who is interested in idiotic posts about curry’s etc
If your looking for mates to meet I’d suggest there are far more suitable sites out there.
Is your son aware of the nonsense you post, think he would think highly of it.
Wolf - How am I making excuses, there is NO requirement to RNS the sale of concentrate, but you won’t accept that, you prefer to stick to the narrative that the BOD lie.
You always stick with that narrative, BOD lie, BOD not capable etc etc etc
No more to add, as little point in conversing with someone who sole purpose is to continually moan, criticise.
Wolfe - What’s with the name calling?
The selling of the concentrate is everyday business, doesn’t require an RNS, as such no one can say as a fact it’s been sold or not.
Does M&S release a RNS to state we sold 4,500 buns a today……of course not, it’s every today business.
Some investors want their hands held at each stage it seems.
