If there are negotiations currently ongoing in respect of an asset or company disposal, and I believe there are, the auditor would be obligated to disclose this under significant post-period events.

It could perhaps be argued that there is no certainty that a transaction will take place, but I believe it would have to be highlighted

A general observation in regards the appointment of a new Nomad.

The latest RNS stated that “substantial due deligence work had been completed and an announcement will be made shortly”

The first question asked by a potential Nomad would be why the resignation of the existing Nomad.

If reason for the resignation was something connected with EUA breaking market rules, or even worse, then rest assured a potential Nomad would simply walk away.

I understand the frustration that the process is taking longer than we would like, but I am 100% confident EUA will return to the market before the 29th deadline.

I am also confident that shareholders will be rewarded following resumption of trading.

When asked by a poster will Eua resume trading, CS replied “we will be back soon”

I don’t think this comment is market sensitive, as I believe most normal, sensible investors believe this to be the case, following the latest RNS.

Posters over analyse wording and can twist the meaning.

Some posters need their hand held all the way.

Constant moaning, demanding, makes me wonder if the share market is the right investment for them.

The BOD recently provided an update, unfortunately I get the feeling that a number of posters believed an update would be provided based on a message posted on this board last week.

My comment certainly doesn’t apply to all contributors on this board, but does to a significant number.

I don’t believe the BOD have wanted to remain suspended due to market conditions, market regulations determined that.

I have an eight figure share holding in EUA and genuinely believe this to be potentially a very rewarding investment.

Maybe they did advise so, but from the official release it doesn’t state on the advice of the NOMAD

If the business of being sold it doesn’t mean everything stops.

Employees, key employees move across to the new business and the business moves forward.

Some employees leave, some retained, but the business continues.

Clarification meaning EUA will make a statement to the market fully detailing and explaining the relationship with the bank.

The relationship being more closer than the market is aware.
