Apart from the possibility that an investor may need to access funds, why would anyone sell?

The only risk here is the a deal happening and with multiple parties having shown an interest, I would suggest a deal is very likely.

The price of any such deal will be far in access of 7p!!!!

The level of the advisors involved would indicate a potential substantial price of any transaction.

Anything under 20p is a bargain

Sometimes ii shows a valuation for my EUA holding and sometimes not, I wouldn’t worry about.

I would suggest we are now in the final stages of a transaction.

CITIC and the Russian bank have played there part and introduced potential suitors.

EUA have now appointed UBS alongside other advisors to act on behalf of EUA in regards negotiations to sell asset/company.

All appears extremely positive to me.

Of course they will be using a blue chip investment bank to advise on any potential transactions.

I notice the director loan facility extended until 31 August..........perhaps an indication that this deal is expected to be completed between now and that date.

I raised this point recently, that due to the nature of the discussion, this would quite possibly require disclosure within the post period events notes.

That said, it doesn’t mean specific numbers will be quoted.

Mentioned on radio that crowds MAYBE permitted back in football stadiums in September.

This will require all fans to undertake a quick test, the cost of which is expected to be £30-£50
