The investors have the following options:
To convert advances to equity at a time of their choice (most likely)
To not convert and remain as cash advance (very unlikely)
To convert part of the advance to equity at a time of the choice
In regards to the potential equity held, the great unknown is when will they sell, is this viewed as a potential long term investment, or alternatively a quick 10% to 20%
The other unknown is how the share price will perform, so any potential conversion price is also unknown.
