This is precisely what I said in my post earlier this week:

"From the last financial report, Net Assets were £65.63m. That did not include the Solar Portfolio as that was only valued (independently) more recently. So Zenith Energy is worth about £91.63m in a fire sale, so at the current Market Capitalisation of £24.34m it is 73.5% below it's Net Assets, with no value whatsoever factored in for 'the business', or the $10m from ICC-1, or the other two Arbitrations. Zenith Energy would need to increase by 276% just to reach the value of its assets."

The Solar portfolio will grow in value as sites get their approvals and others are developed, the current value of them at circa £26m is the starting point but that will multiply.

The Uranium project currently not valued, but will rapidly grow in value as permitting is received and Zenith put the project into a subsidiary that will accept non dilutory funding from II's and industry partners.

So the stock is not only way undervalued, but as the projects have been and are progressing week by week, it is getting more undervalued.

The big story has for a couple of years just been about the arbitrations, but behind that there is a very decent company alive and kicking which can make very good investment returns as it's Solar and Uranium projects are developed, it's a situation where you can safely invest in that whilst also exposing yourself (oooo-er!) to the potential arbitration windfall.

Pipeline will be completed in July and NT-2 then connected up, then there will be several weeks of testing and commissioning. CH-1 well pad will be constructed. Updates on progress on either of those, until we get to at least the end of May, will not be price movers, because everyone knows what the real price movers are and when they'll be happening, apart from CH-1 Spud date which needs to be announced so the market then knows.

So the two announcements I'm looking for are the Rig contract and Spud date, because these determine the best timing to grab more stock before the herd arrive, without buying it way in advance and sitting watching it doing nothing for months. I've been sitting on millions of shares for over a decade, I'm not going to add any more until very close to the price moving action.

Some will claim there will be price action sooner, maybe there will be, but with millions of shares already held at a very low price, I can afford to keep the money where it's earning me dividends, I might lose out on a little rise, but it will only be a fraction of the rise I'm looking for after June, when things really start to heat up.

Well that goes straight in my book of baseless deramping garbage. Nobody asked you anything about price, the question is "was that the bounce off the bottom" to which the answer is either 'yes' or 'no'. By putting in figures plucked from the air (that were not requested), you are trying to manipulate the market on where you want the price to go, so you can get back in cheaper. You're not fooling me and probably not fooling anyone else as to your motives, trying to coerce others into selling just so your own trading pays off.

I'm not giving any price predictions, that's nothing to do with the question "Was that the bounce off the bottom?". My chart shows the double bounce, whether it sticks, goes up or goes down, we'll find out on Monday, as I said in the opening post on this thread.

It's only a smidgen below where it reached, only the sort of difference a day trader or sell-and-buy-back-cheaper-later punter would be bothered about.

There was a drop at the open, clearly a load of people saw the drop on ASX and decided that it was going to do that here, so they then created it with their sells as soon as the market opened, BUT and it's a BIG BUT (which is very different to a BIG BUTT!), the bounce came just 30 minutes after the open and from then on it was fairly even going. There just weren't enough sellers to push the price down any further or keep it down. Quite possibly a load of those selling at 14.25p then bought straight back at around 13p, bagging themselves a small few quid or more shares for no extra money. Pretty much a non-event in my book, as the real money is on Ratification, this is just noise.

The residents are threatening to demonstrate against Atlantic Lithium, but it's not Atlantic Lithium's fault that payments have been delayed for so long, it's the fault of the Government for not Ratifying the Ewoyaa Agreement for over 2 years!! Atlantic Lithium told the residents in good faith in 2023 about the compensation plan, based on what the Government were telling them was the timeline for Ratification, it's the Government that's prevented Atlantic Lithium from making the payments, it's not Atlantic Lithium holding back, Atlantic Lithium WANT to make the payments, but they need Ratification first or it's not their responsibility to compensate anyone.

Atlantic need to get their local people to explain this to the residents, but either way, once Ratification is received, Atlantic Lithium will immediately pay out the compensation. They were never going to pay out compensation until Ratification was received, because if Ratification didn't happen then they would have lost all that money.

This is only minor (not miner LOL!) issue for Atlantic Lithium, it's not going to change the outcome of the Ratification or anything like that, and as the Ratification and Royalty LI look like being cleared in the next 2 and a bit weeks, it's really quite pointless demonstrating at this late stage, other than to push for no more delays, which are extremely unlikely anyway. The leader of the opposition said on Tuesday that the Mining Law etc were promised to be with Parliament within 2 weeks and that he was told that last weekend, so they should have that next week.

These residents should be demonstrating against the Government for delaying the process for so long. The fact that the residents have made this announcement today, will be a big kick up the backside of Parliament to get the Royalty LI and Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification tabled in the Agenda ASAP, possibly on an Urgent Certificate for the one-day process.

Some videos on Ghana's Channel One. Note that the bill sparked a clash in Parliament (minority vs majority), the majority fired back at the minority, and Parliament passed the Bill. This is exactly how I expect Ewoyaa Ratification and the Royalty LI to go, the minority kick up a fuss, the majority shoot them down in flames and then pass both.

At a third of the price it was in December and January and less than half the price it was last September, one would hope that investors now see it as very oversold, priced to fail when nothing indicates anything is going to fail, just be a longer wait than expected, which is normal for Quadrise.

We still await the good news, but in the meantime there has been NO BAD NEWS and, the core projects were said to be still being advanced, as stated in the RNS'd info of just a few days ago.

Let's see where it goes Monday.

But there isn't any, that's my point. The three main indices are up, AIM is down a negligible amount that you could see change multiple times a day. As for ALL there just been a bit of profit taking or day trading that always follow a big rise. There's no panic or bloodbath anywhere.

Ratification is a 30p+ news item and it's likely only between 1 to 10 trading days away.

Well it's actually been marked down in line with ASX, funny how it gets marked down to match ASX but when it's going the other way it's never marked up in line with ASX!!

I take it the two 50,000 trades are buys, as the live quote was 13.32p to sell at the open and they are at 13.744p.

Bounce should be on later as all those that traded some will buy them back.

Anyone that's has any lingering doubts about Ratification needs to read this and understand how much Ghana Government is demanding Ratification, this is from the website of the Government Minerals Commission.

Wider market is irrelevant, Ratification is THE share price multiplier regardless of what the wider market is doing.

Even in a market drop THERE'S WINNERS and that usually because they are good news stocks, in fact, good news stocks can go up more in a down market than an up market, because everyone is looking desperately for stocks that have good news instead of drifting down with the market.

Ratification should come next week or the week after, because the Royalty LI goes into law 21 days from the resumption of Parliament on 3 February and, the LI was created to facilitate Ratification and, the Lands Minister requested the Royalty LI to run in parallel to the Ewoyaa Agreement, so they should both be read and discussed the same day.

Just in case anyone is wondering. Note 'Sovereign Debt Risk' which if not paid can be declared a Sovereign Default in the same way that Government Bonds can cause a Default.
