US$6.6 billion. An interesting number for prospective bidders. A company like CATL or BYD buying out Atlantic Lithium would get half, $3.3Bn worth of Lithium, for which they'd get their share of the $2.4Bn back in revenues, so $1.2Bn, which they can put against the market price they paid for the Lithium, if that's the average in the DFS of $1,587 then they'd only be paying around $1,260 for the Lithium that goes into their refinery, a significant discount on the market price.

There doesn't have to be any sell to come.

The trading and price could easily be as it is because of a stock overhang, which is a case of MM's having a lot of stock on their books that they want to clear, as MM's do not like to be over exposed to any stock, that's not their job, they just need enough to ensure an orderly market, anything above that becomes overhang.

They've done far more than sod all, they've got Panama trials completed, they've created a completely new set of fuels they significantly cut carbon emissions, and many other things.

Were the one's that have done sod all, just pressed the buy button for the stock.

If you don't like it, sell out and put your money where you think it'll do better, moaning about stocks not making you money is your own problem, there's thousands of other investments just waiting for your money, unless it's fake moans like 99% of what's posted on here, designed to keep people away from the stock.

For sure. No way are Elevra going to miss out on Ewoyaa having already invested such a huge amount of money on it, Ratification will get payment of what's owed, FID will get the $70m off them.

o The minimum "DFS criteria" is to deliver a 1.5mtpa to 2mtpa run-of-mine ("ROM") operation for a 10-year to 8-year life of mine ("LOM") respectively.

Stage 3: CAPEX Funding (US$70m)

Piedmont to earn a further 27.5% of CCLP via the sole funding of;

• Capex of US$70m for the Project

• To deliver a 1.5mtpa to 2mtpa ROM operation for a 10-year to 8-year LOM respectively.

• Any cost overruns and/or savings will be shared equally.
