Next up, a Battery Factory agreement!!

Any company considering building a Battery Factory would surely make an offer for Ewoyaa once Ratification is received.

Suppose CATL got a deal to build a Battery Factory, they do not need to build a Refinery, what they would do is ship Ewoyaa Spodumene to their Refinery in China, and ship refined Lithium from China to their Battery Factory in Ghana, a reciprocal arrangement where Ghana doesn't lose anything because the Battery Factory is buying Lithium Concentrate at market prices in China, which it is supplying the Spodumene for.

Ghana is accelerating its industrialisation drive with a renewed focus on electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, as the government moves to create jobs, attract foreign investment, and strengthen the country’s competitiveness in clean transport.

The push builds on earlier engagements with Chinese automakers and has now entered a more advanced phase.

Speaking at the Government Accountability Series on January 21, 2026, Minister of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare said the government had signed a memorandum of understanding with China’s Shenzhen New Jekyll to establish an EV assembly plant in Ghana.

“They are already in Ghana, they have acquired land, and development is far advanced for the factory to begin operations,” Ofosu-Adjare said, signalling that the project has moved beyond preliminary negotiations.

She added that the ministry is also in discussions with Chery International, one of China’s major automobile exporters, to set up an additional EV assembly plant following engagements at the China-Africa Summit.

Ghana’s EV ambitions form part of a broader strategy to reposition the country as a manufacturing hub in West Africa while supporting its climate and energy transition goals.

Here is my chart clearly showing that the current uptrend, if projected forwards, gives a share price of 23-25p in the middle to end of next year. There is NOTHING on the chart near term pointing to 23-25p.

Ratification is what makes this 23-25p not the chart.

That depends which part of the chart you're looking at. If you look at the 1 year uptrend on the chart then it doesn't reach 23-25 until the middle of next year. Sounds to me like you're just trying to make the chart say what you want it to say father than what it actually says.

The fundamentals of Ratification is what makes it 22-25p or even 30p soon, making the chart irrelevant to anyone other than day traders.

When you see what's behind the economics driving the Uranium price up, you can easily see it's only going upwards from here, as nobody wants Russian Uranium as it's sanctioned by the USA, the clamour is on for other supplies of Uranium outside of Russia. I can easily see $150 maybe even $200 coming. The new Zenith Energy Uranium subsidiary will be a highly attractive investment proposition for funds to get exposure (not literally LOL!) to Uranium.

It's is worth watching the facts destroy many of the claims the Minority leader said this week. The IMF statement is a belter.

And this is what the Minority are doing regards the Sliding Scale Royalty and Ewoyaa, fake claims and propaganda, anyone would think they are led by Trump!

The Majority will be having none of this, they will get the Royalty LI through and the Ewoyaa Ratification through. There's nothing that makes people more determined to do something than others making false claims to try and stop it.

The Minority also say they are going to object to things being put through Parliament under an Urgent Certificate, which is the one-day process of reading, discussing and voting on things. I really hope that the Select Committee, which is expected to provide its recommendation to Parliament, recommends that the Ratification is put through on an Urgent Certificate due to the huge delays it's already suffered and the fast rising Lithium price. Every week that goes by is another week that Ghana has to wait for it's Royalties, Taxes, MIIF percentage, loads of jobs, etc.

It's always worth looking back at the wording of RNS and compare it to the latest. To me it looks like progress has been made on the RTO and as it's in the FINAL STAGES, should have a decent chance of being completed in Q1 as advised.

03 October 2025: "The Company is pleased to advise that all the RTO workstreams are WELL ADVANCED"

Today, 29/01/2026: "the FINAL STAGES of a potential reverse takeover, which is targeted to complete in the first quarter of 2026."

I've been thinking this for a while. Government Ministers have buried their heads so deep in the sand they can taste the Oil and Gas that's down there.

If there was any chance of them backtracking it would have happened right after the elections, it's gone way past that, which is a sure sign that policy on extracting fossil fuels isn't going to change.

Compensation would be the cheapest option for Government, but that would involve them admitting they'd done something wrong. How many Ministers have ever in their lives admitted they did something wrong? Given the choice, Ministers would pick Arbitration through the ICSID, as that kicks the can down the road a bit further.

The $2,200 price is the average of deals across 5.5% to 6.2% purity Spodumene. Ewoyaa will produce 6% and upwards purity Spodumene, so will get around the upper lever of prices paid which yesterday was $2,600 per tonne.

Shanghai will soon open various metal and Lithium futures to global trading which will undoubtedly bring in speculators and hedge funds that will drive the prices up further than just normal market supply and demand.

Ewoyaa is a significant MIIF Asset so I'm sure it got a mention in the main meeting, in the presentation and certainly in the forward looking section. Like you say, was probably a topic of discussion in breakout session(s) too, being that Ratification and Mine construction are not far away.

I think someone worked out 25 Feb for the Royalty LI to be passed if not annulled, and there's no chance of it being annulled because the minority only have 1/3 of the vote and need 2/3, which they'll never get as the two sides despise each other.

The Ratification is running in parallel with the Royalty LI, so I think it will be discussed and voted on within the same time period as the Royalty LI.

It's quite possible that the Minority will call for the Royalty and Ewoyaa Agreement to be discussed and call for an annulment vote as early as next week. They know they aren't going to win the vote, they will just want to use the discussion as a propaganda exercise, but for us it could make Ratification happen even faster.

Be even nicer to break 20p on Ratification and 50p on an offer for Ewoyaa or the company. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Project Development:

- A revised version of the Mining Lease in respect of the Company's flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project ("Ewoyaa" or the "Project") in Ghana has been submitted to the Parliament of Ghana and referred to the Select Committee, per the necessary process for ratification.

- The Mining Lease includes fiscal terms that were incorporated following a period of consultation undertaken by the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources and relevant local and industry stakeholders.

o The revised terms comprise the alignment of the Project's royalty rate and Growth and Sustainability Levy to current legislated rates in Ghana.

o Concurrently, the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has submitted a Legislative Instrument proposing a sliding scale for royalty rates for lithium projects for parliamentary approval.

- The Company understands that Parliament has been called to reconvene on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, following which the Select Committee is expected to provide its recommendation to Parliament.

- With all the necessary regulatory approvals secured, parliamentary ratification of the Mining Lease represents the final step in the Project's permitting process.

Exploration:

- New spodumene pegmatite occurrences discovered in rock float from further mapping completed within the Company's Rubino licence in Côte d'Ivoire, in addition to the previously reported outcrop.

- Impressive lithium-in-soil results returned from soil sampling completed across both of the Company's 100%-owned Rubino and Agboville exploration licences in Côte d'Ivoire.

o Results delineate pronounced lithium-in-soil anomalies, extending over several kilometres, across both licences.

o Phase 2 results at Agboville have defined a pronounced linear anomaly >5km in length, as well as other anomalous linear features.

o Phase 3 soil sampling at Rubino has extended the anomalous zone reported previously to an increased area of approximately 6.0km by 2.5km.

- Phase 4 soil geochemical sampling now underway within the Agboville licence, with 984 samples collected from the 1,054 sample sites planned.
