Christine, I would also add this BB does occasionally accept factual technical, operational, and financial knowledge sharing, but it's a rare occasion and you need to read through 100's of post-villifying other posters.
Even if Heyco does make a move on UJO after doing its best to suppress the SP with £10m cash on account and assets the Offer if/when it does come or not would have to be far more than our current capitalization of circa £21m capitalization of 20p, especially when analysts valuation are estimating a risked value of 90p.
UJO is a very profitable Company with some great assets, it does have its issues and is slow to progress and realize shareholder value.

I have the same feeling the SP seems to be holding and I get a feeling there may be some corperate action behind the lack of information, ie a closed period. If we are to be taken over now is the time before the drilling program starts in 2024.
I think the work program for Keddington when released will also boost the SP.
The market has not fully factored in the fact we will be drilling a well with a high probability of increasing production.
Can anyone provide a status on the rig at the site, is it still there?
Also confirm when the tankers start loading again, an RNS may be issued after a short period proceeding loading again to allow the well to settle down.
Not enough, if the Bisc planning is approved and Wressle flows after the pmp is installed the SP it should be alot higher. Its the uncertainty regarding a few matters which is holding the SP back.
We also need a clear plan on gas to grid and also confirmed dates for the WN drill.
Gents, I just sold my holding in Hur and wish everyone gets a better deal or what they want from their investment.
It has been a long journey from the 62p days and Trice talking our reserves up and the water cut down.
I have had the pleasure of meeting Senseman, Picmaster and Gloucester at the AGM and having a few beers afterwards.
All the best.

Its got to be somehing like that this deal stinks its basically 6.02, I dont believe the T/C's of the future payments will be met.
The Transaction Dividend, Cash Consideration and Supplementary Dividend equals 6.02p
The 6.48 may not happen extract below:
The minimum payment under the Deferred Consideration Units could be zero. Further details in respect of the Deferred Consideration Units will be contained in the Scheme Document.

You seem t be more informed than most, when would you expect the sale announcement?
Maris has not considered and executed anything at any level of being a CEO that would of increased shareholder value or move the Company forward in a positive manner.
He and the BOD have been an overpaid disgrace.
I still hope for a capital return and/or a successful sale but with our BOD you never know.
In 5.5 mil
I am also getting frustrated with the lack of quality communication from the HUR BOD.
A poster a while ago stated it would be in the offerers interest to conclude the purchase within this tax year ie before April 5th.
Could anyone expand or confirm this?
Yes
7 v 12
It maybe simply, Albion accessed P8 chance of success and are confident they can obtain export through WOSP, which the NSTA would approve. The connection will cost $80-100mil.
