Does anyone know the average share price that Kerogen paid ?
Gloucester
By my maths, the fcf adds the cash equivalent of 0.66p to the SP per month.
I would imagine this has got to be reflected at some stage.
Gloucester
I couldnt agree more, the Company has been managed for this outcome, if you ask me.
It's all about the sale price now.
Wolf
The strategic and tactical management has been employed since the court hearing to deliver a sale at a low price. I think your estimate of 14p would be about right. It does seem to be coming to ahead so news soon I think.
Gloucester
I agree with your prediction maybe everything has been engineered for this outcome?
Hopefully a mid tier will get rid of our useless board pdq on securing 29%.
I am not surprised the NSTA aren’t impressed with Maris and Co. I haven’t heard a good word about him.
I think the P8 case was not presented in the correct manner, the NSTA has a directive to secure UK energy security and is issuing drill licenses at a faster rate than in previous years.
I have a feeling CA want Hurricane bought out and committing funds to any risk, no matter how low, reduces the sale price.
The buy out price would be higher than our current SP capitalisation which will soon equate the same as our banked funds.
I hope CA take the lead on any buy out because confidence in our BOD is non existent and being noticed by 3rd parties.
Does anyone know if we are back to full production, our we flaring as normal?
G
I sincerely hope you are right and our BOD make the most of the £/$ situation, but if history is any guide they will do nothing.
Love to be proved wrond.
Mike
Hopefully the RNS due to be released any day will provide us details of P8 to be drilled and brought online next year.

I think the next offload will be around the 7th Oct, but may slip by a few days.
If they are just taking a stake why don’t they buy on the open market or is it a full T/O at 15p?
I hav'nt seen that rocket for a long time and is a very welcome sight, the HUR jouney has not been a pleasant one for SH's.
Lets hope this run lasts and the reason behind it is made public soon.
Just added a few, all valuation metrics suggest this is very cheap.
We desperately need news on our FWP though to get the market interested.
The mist is clearing regarding tax and O and G companies.
Partners may start approaching HUR for a Buyin on our P8, if and when our BOD can get it organised.
Tiredowl
Depends how the shutdown/startup went but should be first week Oct by my maths.
Just maybe our BOD are working against CA for scuppering their plan with the BHs. CA are on a timeline to exit, maybe the BOD and are doing what they can to keep the SP low, like not promoting the company, negatIve RNSs etc. P8 could of been drilled this year but our BOD chose to wait another year.
Also are BOD could allocate themselves free shares when CA exit.
Just a few thoughts.
Fully agree with the sentiments on the SP and added .
Obtaining a license is a critical part of the process, securing a drill rig is a problem that can be resolved by Hur, we have the funds.
If HUR are to go 50/50 with any JV partner/investor on the P8, they will also be looking at the data and it could well influence their decision.
If I recall correctly last time we shutdown and started up the pressure held and production was above the pre shutdown
(which is normal for a short period). This does demonstrate the risk of depending solely on one well, the sooner we drill another producer the better for all concerned.
