I think AM has 600-650k capacity we normally off load around 500k. The weather is a major planning factor this time of year.

I have the same financial figures of monthly revenue of circa £400k with a lift price of around $15 p/b and a Company valuation of £16mil, it would suggest the future is bright.

We should receive the CPR and flow rates of Wressle soon so the speculations will be fact.

If anyone has any idea when these will be made public I would be interested to hear.

If Hur has the funds available, by way of this offload and maybe will a small finance bridge, the Company can clear the CB’s irrespective of what the BH’s wishes.

I concur, I make the next lift around 25th January.

Agreed, I think the FWP will get released post BH being paid in a hope the bonds will be at a discount albeit small discount. After this I think we are in for some SP lifting news, the sooner we can get another producer online the better, the tie in funds should be able to be raised as long as it’s flowing at commercial rates.

The timeline is looking tight for this year but there the plans maybe further developed than we think.

I hope you are correct, I believe we can pay the CB's of at PAR in full before July 2022, if we have suffucient funds which is looking likely in January/February.

I watched it and I am confident I will get a return on my investment.
Infact, I will be adding if the price is the same in 2 weeks. There are alot of positives, Wressel being the main one, great opportunity and puts UJ in a very profitable situation, I believe.

The planning appeals should also have a positive affect when legally challenged, costing the Council a considerable amount of fees.

Agreed, I am happy with my investment and the future prospects of UJ. The yearly accounts will speack for themselves and hopefully be a wake-up call to the market.

CA are only going to get a significant return on their recent purchases with a FWP, JV or TO. I would imagine all or some are being worked. The Company will not remain just running our one depleting well till 2023 when we should have funds to fully fund drilling.

There are options and I hope they are being worked, its in everyone interests to do so.

Well recieved, lets hope the rumours are true. Hopefully the new finance is for a FWP, we have a off load in 2 weeks and then potentially one more to clear the liability of the CB's. In my view we can not afford to miss the possibility of a FWP in 2022, our well has proformed so far but the next risk after our CB's is that we are a one trick pony.

Your post captures my concern regarding taking HUR to the next level with a FWP. The new BOD have done well on the CB's which was probably managed mostly by CA, but where is the BW extention and FWP or some evidence of long hours working isuues to develop our fields?

The timing of some devlopments should be around now, they have had the time to get organised and create a plan.

We just need to have a FWP for 2022 and relaise our prospects, that will be the real game changer for this Company.

Alot have been achieved this year but devlopment of our field must take place soon and bring another well online.

I sincerely hope our BOD are working this, personally I would welcome keeping $50-80 mill of Bonds to facilitate a FWP and push the repayment back to 2024.

I agree 'they' AKA Chaffe and Maris are reading this BB and are concerned about their jobs and dont want anything posted that negatively reflects upon them.

The investigation must have them ruffled, the findings are not in the public domain yet.
