@Bucklerfern - I could agree more. They are showing no evidence of any work being conducted. The CPR I believe has been completed an still not released.
I think we are giving the BOD too much credit thinking there is some clever agenda or strategy behind their lack of information.
Shocking management, HUR has the possibility of being a great Company but not with this Management Team.

I think the BOD had a duty to point out the worse case scenario in that RNS, something which the HURs BOD have been good at in the last 9 month.

As @Cashking has noted the economics which drive everything has changed into a positive perspective if managed correctly.

Personally I don't think dilution is necessary at this juncture we have enough cash in hand and can generate enough to drill and develop the proposed FWP. Dilution if required would be better at a higher SP in 2022 when HUR are receiving greater production or secured prospects of higher revenue and before the CB's settlement is due, in that scenario, if that is needed to secure the long term future of the Company the counter positive affect on the SP may not be negative.

For me we are in the hands of the BOD to negotiate some good deals with stakeholders, we have the 2C reserves to explore and produce.

The big buyers will not pile into this stock until some information is released and that information needs to be good and secure the future of the company.

I am optimistic there will be an RNS soon that will secure our future development and plan for the CB's, there are workable plans for the Company as long as we can maintain and improve production at current POO and the CB's are refinanced. I am sure we have more reserves than the kitchen sinking suggest.

But until the RNS the SP will not move significantly.

The BOD must release an RNS soon the CPR must of been completed and the FWP and CB plans should of been worked on for a few months.

Slift, would it be conceivable to expect an increase in 'Proven' reserves in the new CPR, outside the amount you stated for a side track and WI?

I think if the CPR can establish we have more reserves that the 'kitchen sinking' the SP will start moving. The lack of information has lead to the 'dooms day scenario' becoming popular. We need to maintain reasonable and profitable production while the side track is worked which should be with a high chance of success.

We know we can re-drill Lincoln with a high high Chance of success and maybe even improve upon the current soon to be plugged well.

I doubt a offer will be made until the CPR has been made public and digested by the industry. HUR reputation was severely hammered by Trice's obviously false predictions. Hopefully that will protect the Company for a period until we can get production up to realise true value for the SP.

The CB's are not an issue if we can produce and generate substantial revenue, which I think is still very possible.

The next RNS or 2 will cast HUR's future, not long to wait now..

If we secure the right deal with the CB stake holders and increased production by more wells the impact of measured dilution (if it takes place) will be factored into the plan and ultimately increase the SP over the medium term. It will also secure the future of the company and build confidence the added affect of that on the SP will be substantial.

I am also hoping for an increase in reserves based on the CPR due for release soon, this will be critical to the FWP, I am expecting it to find some middle ground between the 'kitchen sinking' and Trice's bad estimates.

The BOD need to reduce the perceived risk to investors for the SP to make any radical moves upwards. Maybe they are waiting for the CPR or finalizing the FWP, but until that happens I cant see the SP rising much.

There are many other small oilers that are perceived as a lower risk and are therefore benefiting from the increase in POO and investors attention.

I am confident the CPR and FWP will be whats required to save this company, I would imagine the BOD need to ensure everything in lined up and double checked before any release of a RNS. The CB's are not an issue if we have production of 20kp at $55, there are options available, especially if this is also from a traditional sandstone well which I hope the 7z side track will target.

Totally agree and nothing will happen until the CPR is released and a FWP Plan based on that CPR. All we need to do is maintain production in the mean time and hopefully we will all be rewarded if we are patient and keep the faith.

I think if the side track on 7z can target the sandstone and we have a producer at 10kb then its a game changer. The market will recognize the value if a traditional producer and the Sp will reflect that accordingly. With the increased cash flow there are ways of catering with the CBs and ultimately we have a healthy Company.

There is risk but the Company should know the resource model in detail and also the CPR should be concluded soon.

I am optimistic we have a way out, albeit the risk is definitely priced into the SP.

Guessing by the recent vessel movement around Lincoln and AM there is something going on. We can all judge if they are worth their salaries. when the future development plan is released in the next few weeks.
