To a certain extent, it's down to 'the man at the helm' but when you are not the operator, David is restricted on the influence he has on operations.

Even if Heyco does make a move on UJO after doing its best to suppress the SP with £10m cash on account and assets the Offer if/when it does come or not would have to be far more than our current capitalization of circa £21m capitalization of 20p, especially when analysts valuation are estimating a risked value of 90p.

UJO is a very profitable Company with some great assets, it does have its issues and is slow to progress and realize shareholder value.

He and the BOD have been an overpaid disgrace.
