If a stake holder in the WOSP (gas export line) bought HUR, I think they would have a stronger case on getting access to it and maybe at a more competitive price.
HUR/Maris/CA were too risk averse and just wanted to drill to increase the SP in the short term with absolute minimum risk.
We must get some kind of annoucement very soon, the FSP bids process is very confidentail the longer the BOD sit on this information the more likely there will be a leak. The BOD must be duty bound to release an RNS very soon.
Maybe they need to seek clarity on a bid if it involves cash and paper, but ultimately we should be aware very soon if anything is excepted or not.
The real joke is our BOD, if you ask me.
There should have been an RNS this morning of some discription, the BOD knows all investors are looking for one. Even if it was courtesy email regarding bids recieved or not.
As always a very poor show from our board and a snub to all share holders.
The sooner they are removed the better.

Three SBB has purchased 700k shares in 2 months when the price is extremely low.
A SBB needs to be 5% plus to be meaningful, DB has bought 0.6%.
The volume has not really been a delaying factor, due to the formula for SSB based on volumes.
If the Company is not buying at low levels how can SH have confidence.

Read some of Gloucester’s recent posts it will bring you up to date.
Surely that has been the case over the last few weeks?
I think the SBB so far has been extremely poor, DB has permission to purchase 12m shares and so far has purchased 700K. The volumes have be enough to support the formula for purchasing larger amounts.
The KRG have not approved anything, they don’t have the authority. Kurdistan is semi autonomous and the legislative council that ruled against the KRG is based in central government, in Baghdad. The KRG don’t has much room for manoeuvre.
The routing of payments will chnage with the introduction of a National Oil Company controlling all Iraqi operations ( including Kurdistan).
I would imagine that is why the dividends have not been published, because the flow of payments maybe disrupted. This is a serious area of concern.
FYI - Franco Catelli, our new proposed director and Tony B's MD is a proven geologist.
This law means all O & G operations in Kurdistan will be governed by an (Iraqi) National Oil Company.
The details of which have yet to be clarified.
Albion - from what I understand they have been looking at various companies and assets, they appear to be keen to get back into the industry as an operator.
Tony may even buy CA’s holding in an off market deal later in 2023.
Tony is worth over £400 mil.
This extract from Energy Voice's comments caught my attention.
It added that it has been informed by Albion there remains “substantial potential” within Hurricane’s acreage and that “under the right leadership, Hurricane could attract significant new investment to fund growth opportunities”.

CFO and CEO sacked, its all over the internet and will be talked about within the industry, so it dosnt mater what then put on their CV's.
Gas export is achievable from Lancaster, but expensive and Maris wasnt prepared to incorperate into his plan for P8. He only wanted to flare that was the hurdle, hence the wording 'comforatble', there is obviouly more oil in Lancaster than our current well is prodcuing and a better targeted well should have a less water cut, as per the P8 well plan.
Its all conjecture at the moment but I think P8 will be revisited, lets see.
Looks like we have a future again, Tony is'nt the sort of guy who is just going to review offers he has done due dilligence and thinks he can take HUR forward. He must have a plan already, I expect the 3.1p to be returned as planned but no more. The future appears to be to develop our acreage or another acreage/aquisition.
It certainly looks like HUR will have a new lease of life and Tony B is the man to do it.
I dont think the SP will hang around long at these levels when Tony gets his plan moving forward.
Nice one Simple, all is forgiven have a good xmas and new year.
