The company has never deliberately missed Q of S before , unlike now. If missing the USO in nearly every office in the country isn't a crisis, then I wonder how low the service will have to be before it is one. When they can't even deliver Special Delivery items on time and give a full refund plus compensation for each item , you know the **** is hitting the fun.

If 1 billion fines aren't controlling a companies account then I don't know what would be.

Depends how much the fines are and if they aren't meeting the USO continuously then have the power to take control.

Anger, they use fines, just like they have with water , banking , phone ,rail , utility companies and at least once Royal Mail ( 40 million springs to mind). They have taken over and run rail companies and have the power to take Royal Mail over and run it. I doubt they would want to but they would if forced . For now I expect it to be numerous fines , especially since performance has slipped enormously since the last appearance in front of the select Committee, and the report last week about Ofcom receiving over a million complaints about Royal Mail in 2022.

That's strange because the regulator has done it many times. That's why they are regulators . Simple really but not for some.

Anger , if your going to bring it back to dividend payments when you have been going on about USO , then please explain how Kretinsky owning the company , would make a difference .
