The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
What you on about supergrass. Is that a threat. Strange how you spend so much of your time abusing people , yet go running to mummy when someone gives it back. You seem to be forgetting the ****** abuse you put out and had removed.
You have a very short memory Anger. You are talking absolute bull to save face. You were all over Simon Thompson. Why would it have wound us up , he was the shareholders saviour , except waisted all the money. The USO is alive and kicking , but you keep kidding yourself it isn't.
Kretinsky has 8% more of Royal Mail, he's been taking it over for a year according to you. Still not happening, but you can be assured OFCOM will have reacted in less than a year.
As for this magical spin off , that's going to bring you back from your huge losses, A £3 share spun off , is still a £3 share.
You've been telling us that we will all be on the dole next week for the last 6 months. Not one single postie has been put on the dole. You also told us Simon Thompson was this great leader that would smash the union within months, never happened and has turned out the be the biggest liability to ever grace Royal Mail. Then it was Kretinsky, the shareholders saviour, that was taking over the company and spinning off this that and the other. 12 months down the line and that finger on the button has dropped off his hand. all waffle waffle waffle from the great big snore fest
The company has never deliberately missed Q of S before , unlike now. If missing the USO in nearly every office in the country isn't a crisis, then I wonder how low the service will have to be before it is one. When they can't even deliver Special Delivery items on time and give a full refund plus compensation for each item , you know the **** is hitting the fun.
Anger, they use fines, just like they have with water , banking , phone ,rail , utility companies and at least once Royal Mail ( 40 million springs to mind). They have taken over and run rail companies and have the power to take Royal Mail over and run it. I doubt they would want to but they would if forced . For now I expect it to be numerous fines , especially since performance has slipped enormously since the last appearance in front of the select Committee, and the report last week about Ofcom receiving over a million complaints about Royal Mail in 2022.
