If I held this I would sell up and buy copl - I would expect to recover losses faster at Copl.
Also only had a quick skim through but the placing won't be for development of the asset only license and new developments - so I guess expenct more placings. As I say I only speed read the rns so could be wrong.

Yes no need for name calling - I expect art is gutted for his shareholders and working hard to rectify and resolve any issues.

I think we some peeps have bought in for a quick trade and out with a quick profit - hence stalled a little - but will be off again when they are done - then onwards back up to 17p and above.
