Don't think we will get an update from Art today as he's told us the situation as it stands atm.
But I think it will be sorted - loan, JV or possible complete sale of assets etc.
Can't see a few snow flakes gonna end up bankrupting the company.

Because if that was the case and the assets formed part of a bankruptcy sale - the assets and all data would be available for all / any interested parties and therefore multiple bids and more than likely winning bid may have to be much higher than the equivalent of 50p per share.

Art could probable pay that out of his back pocket if he wanted. Lol

Basically if you hold a sheat load of shares and you were offered if you would like to buy a sheat load more shares cheaper that the prevailing price - you sell current sheat load of shares at higher than placing price and then replace with cheaper placing shares - hence forward selling.
But I don't think this has occurred - just for clarity.
