Ongoing costs will obviously reduce dramatically as workovers are completed making the current wells not only producing more barrels per day but at less cost.

Hence the term believer. Or not really a believing but will take a gamble based on what we have been told to date.

Yes I agree the market wants to see some proof - but it's all being worked on and proof will out when bod is able to release, they are hard at work making it happen.
So non believers maybe sell if they are worried, believers and wise gamblers will buying at these prices.
