Charles when you say JV will buy in to take position of 10 - 20% max - so you are saying that Copl will give 10 - 20% worth of shares in exchange for funding?
I don't think it will work like that - partner will take % of asset or revenue /production for set amount of funding not a position in Copl - unless obviously complete buy out soon or later.
