Yes the shares had already be added to the company share list previously so no difference there - only now they are availability for trading ( for someone to buy - nudge nudge wink wink)

Well the way I see it the stock had been issued in the past ( as per historic rns's) to relevant buyers via placings etc and then held by the purchaser /s.
But the said shares had not actually be admitted to the market and therefore those / these shares were actually untradeable on the market.
Now they have been admitted to market they are actually now able to trade ( be sold) on the open market.
That's my take on it but could be totally wrong.
