Yes fair enough person - could prove to be a good plan but I will stick with option one.

But obviously if JV lands in the coming days then probable will not need short term funding as probably JV will be paying cash up front as part of the deal.

As as we progress through the year we will be increasing production and so will be turning very good profits - will be able to pay all outgoings going forward and easily pay off a short term loan.
