I thought ICL was selling raw polyhalide at $200 a tonne at the moment and as long as there sell price is making them a profit why stop. SM has tied up the sales for the first 7 years with very little surplus to sell on the open market so I am a bit surprised that they want to get out of the market.

Myo, correct the service shaft was completed months ago but the article states that ALL D walling is now complete.

Some confirmation on the diaphragm walling, "Bauer is just completing the diaphragm walls for the production shaft and the diaphragm wall for the service shaft has already been completed."

Causal, I am not planning in selling, just not intending to buy any more for a few months and built a pot just in case of the D word. If we get 10p dividend that will replace my wage so got a good few shares as it is.

We will see what news has been released by the 21st Dec but it will not be done and dusted by then, hence the 3 months.

That may depend on the final outcome of ST2, and how all the sites progress over the winter as next winter we will be well underground other than the MHF at Wilton. I plan to sit on my hands for the next 3 months and see how things develope.

Jimmy1305, I think most are looking at the dividend to make retiring a little more comfortable, the young team will perhaps take the lump sum at production to buy a house and fair play to them for having the foresight and nerve to do that. It's all about the number of shares for me and have paid between 17ish and 38p for them and currently down about 20%. I plan to stop buying when they go above 35p but everyone has a different plan. I don't think you will see that in the next update. it will be "on time" better to keep that back until you are further down the road or at the least until March/April when the winter lost days have been accounted for.

OR, don't worry in a couple of years it will be lighter.

Given where the share price has gone this morning I think kicking things further down the road is becoming a problem.

Not sure it will effect the build, but not helping the SP.

They have an 8 month period in the planning permission to use lorries to transport Polyhalide.

Cherokee101, if you have read my post I also state that I am not sure where the Euro TorP date came from but some have mentioned on this board that it is late. I am not bothered when it lands TBH.
The BOD stated ST2 in Q4 2018 and then failed and moved to Q1 2019 forcing them to do a deal with Gina for cash to tide them over so not much leeway there.

The good news is that all sites are cracking on with the build, time will on where the cash comes from to finish it and if 2021 is achieved but I am relaxed about it at the moment but if ST2 moves to Q2 I would be disappointed.

Jonesrichard, you state May 2021 but I noticed that the first polyhalide date on the November presentation is nearer the end of 2021. I think we all need to remember that the May date is a stretched target and may not be achieved and given the resent failures (ST2 by December and Euro TorP by October) we should perhaps get use to the BOD failing to meet dates stated although I am not sure if the TorP date came directly from the BOD. Hoping for a few RNS's in the next two to three weeks.

The problem for the company with a rights issue is the cost to administrate it, look at the cost they paid for stage 1 open offer. The cheapest option would be a deal with a II. I do not see any discounted shares being offered to the PI's and that is why I continue to buy especially with the share price where it is.

I think the £3b debt is more or less agreed, why would CF say it was the limit of debt for the company if he was not confident of getting it. I think the SP is low because of the equity part of ST1 and some are expecting history to repeat itself and they can grab a bargain. I will do as Mr.dt did and bag a few more on Monday. We see the site progressing well and safely and that is a good thing just hope we have a mild winter for them.
