I like many others are in the same boat, I hope the FOMO will make the price rise before the next quarterly update but more likely a leak that ST2 is all sorted and those in the know start buying before the re-rate happens. I would not be surprised if there is some dilution but that will depend on the final contingency figure and the level of take-up on the other options previously listed by the BOD.

I do not expect an RNS until the quarterly update that way I will not be disappointed. GLA

Canetois, if there was an RNS tomorrow confirming a placement below 20p and someone off loaded cica 40m shares with that knowledge I would not be happy not because I lost money because I have not sold a single share and do not have a stop loss in place but for the fact that there is a leak somewhere. Perhaps the price rose because others without that knowledge thougth it was a bargain. I guess we will both find out tomorrow morning.

I hope there is not an RNS on Monday as this will only confirm that there is a leak. I am hoping it was just a tree shake to see who set a stop loss and once they hit a few it became a chain reaction.

I think there are to many plays involved in ST2 for it to be watertight, there are some 12 lenders perhaps more, plus consultants, IPA, Gina etc so the list of people that have access to some/all the financial information will now be large. I think you should get use to this until ST2 is over the line.

Well if this pain today and yesterday gets us fully funded in the next two months then so be it, we will be over the line and look back wishing we had bought more. I just hope that is true but time will tell.

but what interest does the company have on who trades the share, I just don't see what value it is to the company to do consolidation.

What would the cost be to do a share consolidation with this many PI's and what would the benefit be for the company. Why would a higher share price help the company other than give then room to offer discounted shares.

I thought our Euro TorP partner would be a better discussion, I have tried to find a list by market share of European companies to see who may be our partner as I think keytrade are to large to do a deal like we did in Brazil.

Anth63, I guess we have to hope that we are using larger machines that are built for the job and we are presuming Boulby are using the same machines they used for potash mining but with different bits in the cutter head. does anyone know what machine and model are being used at Boulby.
