"Yuen Low, analyst at Shore Capital, in a note, said: “if all goes to plan, Sirius’s US$3.4bn to US$3.6bn Stage 2 financing will be successfully completed over the coming weeks."
I do not consider this as a failure by the BOD don't get me wrong we are down to the wire but an opportunity to save some money and deal with one institute must be a good thing. Perhaps the other group just got greedy.
We will soon find out as all financing will be complete soon as stated in the RNS.
"The Company is working towards obtaining firm commitments for the Alternative Proposal and its additional financing requirements before the end of April 2019"
Hi Milothe3rd, the volume today is up compared to the average of the last couple of weeks. I also looked at HL recent share list and there are a lot of small (200/300 share) sells which I presume are PI's cutting there loss there have been a few 200,000 as well but some PI's will have this kind of volume. all may be reviled tomorrow morning but I hope not.
I hope there is no RNS in the morning as this will confirm that today's price movement was caused by a leak. I hope it is just the MF article causing some to sell up and move on.
Have I missed something. A few have stated that we will have other news before the Q2 update and quoted so many trading days etc. What news should we be expecting and who said there would be news before Q2 update.
I think there are to many involved in the outcome of ST2 for it to arrive out of the blue, after all the SP tanked a week before the last bolt from the blue so I am expecting the SP to send a telegraph about it being complete and just watching and waiting now for the rise from 20/21p to about 27/28p as well as the volume increase.
Have they not failed to declare the lower % at the end of each month as they sold 62m in January according to Morningstar but nothing declared at the end of January or has it all been sold in February. Not sure if we will find out but as a positive Legal & General bought them again according to Morningstar
What does anyone make of the price rise this week, is it just due to the arrival of the TBM and the low volume that has pushed the SP up and it will drop back next week or should we expect a slow rise in the antisapation of the completion of ST2 on favourable terms in the coming week.
Mr DT, I do not think they stated how far the Wilton site has progressed the 50m was in reference to how far the TBM may progress in one day, or perhaps that is the 3 of them doing 17m. I think they are about 80m down the launch tunnel but that is just a guess from the film footage but progressing at 2m per day so I am expecting them to be easily finished by the end of March.
