PAAA, I know your 22.09 was to Mr.dt but thanks for your view I am sure a few including myself appreciate them.

I have been rather negative today so to balance this up some positives in my mind at least.

VSM more than half way down,
Winding house just about complete and winders will be installed soon.
TBM near complete and will be shipped to Wilton and the launch ramp is ongoing.

Is item 2 correct I thought these were due December/January or am I talking rubbish, please let me know.

I would guess that it is either, we only have money to continue at the pace until sometime in Q2 or we still have not got any commitment letters or we have been forced to change how we draw the money down once we know the contingency figure and found a funder and have to spend that first. Take your pick. I don't want to sound like a de-ramper but that the way I have read and heard today.

Down 0.4p since it opened I wish I had the nerve to buy more but way over committed as it is going to save my cash for the next financial year.

He may have a beal pencilled in with ADM and waiting for the final contingency figure before going to the high yield bond market for the rest. Only he and a few others will know.

John, CF stated that discussions were ongoing with relavent parties as per the previous 4 options. The only thing is he does not know how much the lenders want him to raise until he gets the commitment letters.

The problem is the commitment letters were pencilled in for December, then December/January but now who knows it becoming a bit like the Euro TorP I am trying to stay positive but just cant see it.

That was a waste of time, no commitment letters, no idea what the contingency (still 400 to 600) is to be but it has to be spent first before any other cash. only enough cash to the middle of Q2. Not sure if this is where I want to be to be honest.

What do others think of it.

Although there will be a higher demand for shares once ST2 is announced depending on the SP there may be all the shares from the bonds in circulation to off set the demand.

I did not think that any of the shafts would have concrete segment in them, the MTS shaft is currently being done with slip form and I presumed the service and production shafts to be done with shotcrete. The tunnel from mine head to MHF will be segmented and all manufactured and distributed from the factory at Wilton.

Where does is say the shafts will be segmented rings.

We are not getting any funding from the government we are buying a gaurantee from them, we are paying them for that.

I guess it would be difficult to find backers for 2a as they would be looking for some form of deal to make sure they get there money back. Gina put the money up at the end of stage 1 only if she thought ST2 was going to go ahead. There will be to much risk for ST2b, c etc not happening. I believe ST2 will happen and provide funds to complete the build but perhaps other do not hence the current share price. Not long until we find out.

Also item 7 of the planning conditions come to mind, regarding the number of lorries and for a duration of not more than 8 months.

I think the 2028 date is just for guidance and will depend on the demand and price they can sell poly4 at, as well as the capital available to extend the MTS shaft down to the seam and install the additional winding sets plus the expansion of the plant at Wilton so it will not be cheap or quick. I expect the demand to outstrip supply but we have basically sold the first 7 years production at an agreed price based on an agreed formulae so it is only the extra product we could make any extra cash from.

It may not be a HE, I was hoping we would hear by the end of the month.

but we are not with the looks of things.

I wonder when the new CEO will be announced and what effect that will have if any on the SP, a slow rise to the other side of 500 would be good.
