It looks like every UK market is taking a hammering so far FTSE100 down 1%

It look more like sellers as the price is going down not up.

This is rather depressing to watch to be honest but I guess it's part of the journey. I may switch off from watching for a few weeks or just look in on a Friday. Sadly no cash to buy some more that usually cheers me up.

I am not that convinced we will have ALL the letters by end of Q4 I think it will state we have most and expect the rest by the end of January followed by another round of doom and gloom stories to scare more PI's out of the share. I am expecting very little good press and more of the FT rubbish for that same reason.

SL, .....absolutely nothing learned. that is not true for me. I have learned to keep my money until the FT does a story and buy some cheap shares, it would be rude not too.

I done that, but now find myself only holding SXX in both my SIPP and ISA. time will tell how wise a move this will be.

I bought some more shares today, I know most will say the quarterly report is due and it will drop 5% or whatever but perhaps it will rise 5% you never really know. But at the end of the day I have a ticket for the show that will open in 2021 what happens between now and then is sheer guess work.

half year report and quarterly update due this week so price rising in anticipation of good news.

The mid year report will need to be out this week as well so a busy week for the SM team.

I expect the half year results will show we have spent a lot of money and will get the usual head grabbing head lines and the share price may drop as it has done in the past. I hope they issue both on the same day and get them over with. The quarterly update will just confirm what we already know. One time and over budget until we find $400 to $600m they may mention the VSM starting to break ground and perhaps have a ceremony for good PR.

I think AlanG is the most positive person on this board when it comes to the project, share price and dilution or lack of it. I have watched my portfolio go negative twice now 35 to 22 and 39 to 24 but as most is in my SIPP I will see where we go and if there is dilution so be it. I think the market expects it but I think it will be a lot less that the 15% that someone mentioned the other day. I wish my average was 19p.

Each to there own Alan. I am with you holding for the dividend unless that meteor is seen. I think there may be a few just looking for a half decent price to get out and move on after the overspend RNS was issued and are worried it may happen again.

I guess that is why there was 3 posts from myo, if is very slow at refreshing posts and can take 3 or 4 tries to get new messages to appear. Glad you found your phone.

I am not sure why people are unhappy with the Gina deal it is very old news. Having someone on the board that has bought shares may be a good thing for us at the end of the day. I did trade the extra shares that I have as I have a set amount I am keeping for the dividend. Hopefully a TorP RNS next but everyone is waiting to see where the overspend money is coming from before buying in with the looks of it. For those who have sold or reduced there exposure well done sometimes the hardest thing is to sell.
