Yes I picked up a few this morning. I am still hoping for a good mid year report but with the CEO leaving I am not so sure about that. It may also depend on who comes in and when. time will tell.

AlanG, what form of partnership will not cause dilution/ loss of profit, even if we just give whoever a cheaper product that will still effect the profit and therefore the dividend. I am not de-ramping I honestly do see how a partner can come on board and not effect the final profit.

A few have mentioned a partnership with AMD as a good idea buy why, what forms of partnerships are available and what will the effect of each be on the PI. Is this a Gina type deal which by all accounts was an easy 5% off my future divided.

AlanG, reading through this forum and other sources I would say there are not many happy campers looking to throw good money after bad so to speak. I think most will hold and wait while a few will hold for a rise and unload hoping for an OO further down the line. My plan is hold build a cash reserve and pray for subordinate debt.

Oilman, do you not believe that they will be cheaper at some point in the future once they decide how the overspend will be funded. I've more bonds/ more shares

I like the sound of the junior debt as it will cause no dilution I think all the others will in some form or another.

Singe, is that based on 3 TBM's or just the one. We are in contract for 3 and I don't think they will change there minds now.

We accepted the increase from $2.6b to $3b because we were going to develope our own harbour facility, that is no longer the case due to the RBT deal but now we are looking for more money for less assets. I accept that the deal for $3b looks to be just about there but the deal for the additional money will mostly create dilution in one form or another. I will hold my nerve but will not buy or sell until the ST2 finance is complete in it's intierity.

The only problem is it will not be next month, we will not know the contingency requirements until January at the earliest. The only thing I can see being release between now and then are the quarterly updates, half year report and one perhaps two TorP. Sorry you are more positive than me at the moment.

I have read most of the posts over the last few days and a lot of people want to know what went wrong and who is to blame for this as well as why it was allowed to leak for two days before the RNS was released.

So what do we have to do to get some answers do we call a extraordinary AGM, do we all email or phone the company and ask them to make a statement to the share holders. I want to know if the company has complained to the FCA about the trades before the RNS and if not why not perhaps that will tell me if they are bothered about the PI's

If we do not as a group of share holder come up with a plan to find the answer the company will just do this again I know that moaning about it on this forum is futile so what is the PLAN.

We have saved 10% OPEX or $3.2 per tonne. What could we lease rather buy.

2. Granulation plant
3. MTS conveyor system and maintenance of.

What does anyone think will happen to the SP if the final 3Mtpa TorP was to land next week, what will that be worth to the SP considering the possibility of more dilution plus the overhang of the ST1 bonds. I have to be honest and say I bought yesterday and the day before and the day before thinking it will all be good. There are a few on this board that have stated they will not buy anymore until the extent of the dilution is known and I am in the same camp with them but what will the share price do between now and then (March 2019)

It was listed today as one of the four options to raise the extra cash that we need, but what does the partner actually get for providing the cash and what does that mean to the PI share holder.

John2015, I did the same and find myself with only SXX shares again in my portfolio. I guess we will have to wait a bit longer to see where to overspend money comes from. I am also not sure what the time scale is for news on that before or after xmas?
